Well maintained, clean property. Great views and facilities. Bedroom and Bathrooms were clean. Hot water in the toilets. Good indoor game facilities including Carroms, Pool, Table Tennis, Fooseball, Chess etc. Very Cooperative staff and management.

1.Bedspread and Blanket was looking very average 2.Bathroom towels are also very bad condition 3.Breakfast area need to be more hygiene and clean the food containers were looking very bad And Thy made Shavige bath oon the bottom it was roasted they kept even that in container.... 4.No basics like room slippers, toilet kit etc Overall little bit need to be improved especially bed spread, blanket and Breakfast area. Staffs were very nice and supportive

The breakfast section needs to be kept cleaner, and it's essential to ensure utensils are always clean. Additionally, I suggest adding 1-2 more options to the breakfast menu to provide more variety. Listen to your guests request at the time of booking and check-in, Train your chef to be polite and not make ugly faces.

The hotel's location was perfect, and I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and cooperative, which was a definite plus. However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing – it was a complete joke. The breakfast area was unclean, with flies visible everywhere, and the overall space was messy and poorly maintained. My most frustrating experience revolved around the Jain breakfast request. Despite requesting it both at the time of booking and again at check-in, it wasn't prepared. The chef was rude and initially refused to serve us Jain breakfast. After persistent requests, he finally prepared it, but did so with an "ugly face," which was incredibly annoying and unprofessional. This significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room we booked was a Deluxe room, which the hotel usually accommodates with 2 guests. However, based on our booking, it wasn't clear that it was meant for only one person. When we approached the hotel, the staff informed us that we would need to pay extra because the room we had booked was for just one person. We were surprised, as we assumed a Deluxe room would be for two guests. Rather than argue, we decided to pay the extra charge. We had booked two Deluxe rooms for 4 people, based on common understanding, but upon arrival, we were told each room was for only one guest.

The room view and location were good. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast during our stay.

Fitness centre has only the treadmill and cycle in working condition. The road to this stay is very steep and narrow with potholes. It's quite a hard task to climb up the hill with your car fully loaded.

Rooms are well maintained and they are very clean. Children play area is available and very good. Mountain view is amazing especially in the early morning. Complimentary breakfast is provided around 7.45 AM and the dishes taste good.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Very big and puffy and hurt our necks. The shower required some sort of engineering degree to get warm/turn on. The staff stare at you as you eat breakfast - very odd and rude!
