Treebo iceberg is a group of rooms , which they are showing as a hotel. The only good point about this is it's location, rest it is certainly not a value for money. The property does not have an in house Kitchen. certainly not much options available in breakfast. Breakfast is brought from outside , served cold. The property is not worth the price. I am not going to stay at this property again

1.Ground floor rooms does not have privacy. 2. Breakfast is not good. If you can digest poha every day then you might like the breakfast. 3. Breakfast tables are old and dirty.

The tea and coffee making facilities could be improved. They could also be placed on a higher level - not on a shelf so close to the ground. Also, please supply a spoon or a stirrer. The hot water controls should be in the room. Guests should not have to wash in cold water when they don’t know about the switch being elsewhere. We asked for an extra blanket as it was so cold, but it wasn’t supplied, though the manager said he would send it to us. Breakfast is served from 9 am, so we had to leave without breakfast as we had to make an early start. Earlier breakfast service would be great. At least tea and toast could be easily provided for early leavers. We got tea from a nearby shop as we had used up our allotted tea bags the previous evening.

Fairly clean and comfortable. Hot water controls were outside, so we got no hot water initially. Later the hot water was plentiful. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room, but a very limited amount was supplied - one coffee sachet, one coffee whitener sachet, two tea bags and very tiny cups. The room was well lit and had necessary power points to charge our devices. There are several eateries close to the hotel and it is not too far from local attractions. Good location. The manager was very helpful in telling our driver about the different points of interest and how to get to those spots. He also came to our room as we could feel a draught and helped to sort out the problem.

Due to a problem with the water tank on the second day of our stay, we had to shift to a different stay nearby, called Bagicha villas. Although the location was good, the rooms in the new stay was not upto mark

First of all Booking.com, Treebo and Hotel needs to work properly as they operate as three different entities. I booked through Booking.com and I was asked directly to pay at the hotel. After I booked, I received msgs asking me to pay half amount in advance due to high demand. When I paid that, I started recieving msgs that I have not paid and my Booking might be cancelled. When I reached hotel, I was told I have not paid and the money was not reflecting. I showed them payment receipt but they said they can't see it. I paid remaining half asking them to wait till the other half reflects in their system. Next day they said they still don't see the money and asked me to speak with Treebo. I tried calling Treebo but it was difficult reaching them. After a lot of hustle, hotel manager said he was able to see the payment. The entire experience their was poor. About the property - Hotel was very unhygienic. Bedding was utterly gross. Their kitchen looked like a cave and hence dint eat food their. Rooms are adjacent to each other and every voice is heard from all rooms and outside.

Location of the property is really good. It is at walking distance from Venna lake and Mahakaleshwar market is only 4 km away.

Photos on website of room does not match the room we stayed. It is ok if you just want to spend night. It will not give you vibe of Hotel stay even the bed, cushion cover was dirty when we checked in. After requesting to replace they have replaced. Similarly room was not cleaned properly we have to ask the hotel staff to reclean the room. Only the location was good like it's located in near by vena lake and Bagicha corner restaurant that was the only positive point. Breakfast was very ok ok..

Great location central to all the things we wanted to do. Good price for the area and hotel was relatively clean, it also included breakfast which is a bonus although the selection could be better. Hotel owner was very helpful and showed us all the things we can do in the area
