Water of the swimming pool was not that clean.

Spic and span rooms and very spacious. Location is beautiful. Staff very courteous and service is well in time.

The size of restaurant is very small and gets congested when there are too many people around. Also, the road to the resort is not proper. Will Suggest to please look into this

The toilet was stinking for some reason. Even after turning the exhaust fan for like long, there's some stinking smell, please look into it.

Really liked the value for money. It is a new property and it's good. It's quite. A little inside and you CANNOT walk to it. We thought we could and it was a hike. Please always take a cab.

Unsure what to write here. Unrelated to the Hotel, travelling in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani was an issue as it was too crowded and congested.

Location is excellent. Views from the hotel was fabulous. The strawberry farm visit was the highlight.

Breakfast was very limited basic. I feel this property might not be good if there is a senior citizen. (Above 65+ with knee problem.) Restaurant was too small it's annoying when you have guests shouting and yelling to another to get something from a buffet. The tables meant for 4 is actually for 2 persons.

Hot water in December was a welcome sight, room for 3 (201) spacious unlike the previous allocated. Food was good .recommended for a couple and family with children. You could literally feel the fog. Swimming pool was clean.

- Felt its pricey for the money paid. - Room size can be better - better furniture. - Good quality of linen and bedsheets. - MUST HAVE Lift. Add it else mention this explicitly. - Elderly people cannot use this property since there are many steps. - Road to property is not so good but manageable.

just need to improve road connectivity from main road to property, need to improve or find some solution for insect(that get attracted due to light) and mosquito in raining season.

It is not a resort and the facilities were below the mark. It is exorbitantly priced. It is a single building converted to a hotel.Staff is not trained. Overall experience was bad. Not worth for stay. Travel sites promote such property for commercial reason. Customers are not given full info to make informed decision.

Not recommended for old age person because it’s on hill and stairs are there to climb all the rooms. But it’s manageable.

Had asked for both rooms for view but only got 1. Room flush wasnt working. The Bedsheets and pillow covers had stain on it. Toiletries were missing. The staff was friendly and very helpful but only 2 people to manage all the rooms.

Location and the View from the room. Best place for both Sunset and sunrise. Stay was comfortable but amenities werent great

I like the most in the property is there service,they are quick in and just a call away,I like the food specially then the they served delicious.receptionist staff are very humble and helpful ,I like the strawberry farm visit it is just behind the resort.

Usually there are many things which can be better at a lot of properties but there was nothing which needed any improvement here

A wonderful stay and a great experience A very nice property and a very comfortable stay the food spread was also amazing with a brilliant view of the hills. Easily accessible to the market and nearby attractions which makes it very convenient for any one who is staying here.
