Daniel, Tamizh and their family are very welcoming and make great hosts! Breakfast at the property is home cooked and tastes really well! Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was nice and tidy.

We felt the whole suite to be a bit too cold for our taste. I am not sure about other rooms, but ours had moulds in several spots.

There was no phone number to contact.

The host at reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are spacious. Suite's living room is very comfortable. Once again, the host, Mr Rayappand and his wife were very welcoming.. The morning tea was amazing.

Location is a little difficult to reach as the road is very narrow and steep. Rooms are spacious. But could do a better housekeeping. Suite room had a mouldy smell. And the bathroom walls were dirty. Wardrobe was also mouldy and hangers broken. All these were acceptable. However, the pillows were ugly and disgusting when I removed the pillow cover. The towels were also not looking so clean. Please change pillows and dirty towels. I wonder why no one has ever given u feedback about the same. I had to sleep without pillows. Also, Please keep a few tea bags and sugar sachets too..

The property was located at a very beautiful location. The view from the balcony was amazing. The Host was very kind and helped us select destination for visits in and around Ooty.

Nothing as such. If you want a private space with your family, then please go ahead and book this property.

The location was good for visiting only the Botanical Garden. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel condition was like a hostel. the furniture was not clean, the bedsheets, were not clean. Washroom didnt have tissues. the towels didnt look clean.

Home made Food was amazing plus the stay was very pleasant.Host is very friendly and cooperative.

Driver should get washroom to bath with hot water.

Three star facility along with home made food. The manager Mr.Rajappan is so professionaland friendly in handling guests . Amma cooks food same as homely food..the taste is superb. Middle of the city easy to travel all destination..i even walked to botanical garden.... Cleanliness is the main thing i love it.,All time hot water ,and purified drinking water is the next good thing. Am a usual traveller to ooty ...this hotel is my second visit ..i will always try to get the same place when am planning next....kids friendly.. family friendly.

For foreigners might need help in luggage shift ...thats all

Mr. Rayappan and the Lady were very courteous and welcoming. I have read all the comments before making the booking. Pfb my comments :-) You will feel home away from home. The food here is very tasty and fresh. They serve wholeheartedly. You can also get Swiggy delivered here. The road to this place is currently good (I am not aware of the past condition of the road). I have a SUV which was easily drivable and there is enough space for car parking within the premises. The bed is big and comfortable. 24/7 hot water, even in the wash basin. But don't forget to turn on the Geyser. TV with remote in good condition. Room freshener (auto dispensing). Mr. Rayappan is a good guide, who can help with your tour planning. Now comes the best for the last, it's near to all the major attractions in Ooty and eateries. Additionally, at this price, it's more than our family expected.

There is a Shower gel provided, but no Towel and other toiletries, hence carry them. But when you feel like home away from home, you won't mind.
