I reported few times about the internet, it didn’t work from my room, there wasn’t any connections. But didn’t get fixed during my stay of 5 nights . I don’t know why.

Everything was good , staffs were friendly, food was very good, cleanliness was good , The gym wasn’t open, there was a sign saying out of order .The worst thing that triggered me was the internet, didn’t work from my room, I had to come down at the reception/front desk to use the internet. I reported few times, but it didn’t get fixed. Other than that everything was great.

We had 2 rooms. One room (219) was a sad experience. The room key did not work several times. Then the rain shower - the water came out side ways and not down. The AC did not work properly - it seemed that there was a problem with the fuse. It came on and off at will. Frankly speaking, for the price and the ranking this hotel had - I was surprised to see such a state of the room.

The location was very close to the Heritage sites. The staff was professional and helpful . The room spacious. The toilet and bath were well designed. The housekeeping was great . The view from the room was good .

A little noisy in the evenings. On the first night there was a birthday party on the main lawn in front of the hotel with loud mic until well after 1am.

Outside of the hotel there are a lot of local Tuk Tuk who try to take you to the temples and try to sell you tickets and guidance. Everything is walking distance so preferably avoid those guys.

The hotel is really great, we were greeted warmly by the staff and they even upgraded our room to a pool/garden view room. Nice balcony in the room and very clean room with all amenities. Great meals as well throughout the day. Overall, very happy with my stay.

The hotel is very well maintained and has good facilities. More importantly, the staff are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the restaurant, which has really good food and the pool, which is in a very picturesque area with green lawns and many trees around. The hotel can also help with finding a guide and providing a car to visit the Chandela temples.

There was an overpowering aroma in the lobby from an infuser. When asked about it we were told that all Radisson Hotels in India have that and that it reflects tradition of India. The atoma was too much - I got a headache from it. If it us mandatory, at least have it at a low level. And choose another fragrance. I stayed at the Radisson in Bengaluru. It was the same there.

The space and ambience was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

A DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH JUST ONE BEDSIDE SIDE TABLE. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BED AND NO SPACE TO PUT ANOTHER ONE TOO. THOUGH I DID NOT CHECK WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS WAS THE ARRANGEMENT IN ALL THE ROOMS. IT IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY 40 PLUS YEARS OF STAYING IN HOTELS THAT I HAD NO SIDE TABLE ON MY SIDE OF THE BED. REALLY STRANGE AND UNACCEPTABLE

The bathroom was very small and could have been cleaner There was quite a bit of noise from the parties being held on the premises.

The breakfast was very good. There was a reasonably good variety. There was a nice garden around the property if one wanted to walk. The room size was as shown and there was plenty of storage and multi-plug points for charging.
