The location of the hotel was in a very crowded and narrow street making parking of my car difficult but thanks to Yousuf's help I managed it.

Early checkin charges of 500 Rs applied if you check in early even if rooms are available. Surrounding area is not that great and posh You need to park your vehicle a bit away at common parking as there is not much space for parking.

Location is very nearby to main market and staff is very helpful. Complimentary breakfast adds value for money.

When you book this hotel you will get the lowest rate. But a day before you will get a call from hotel and inform that your booking is in underground area. There is no ventilation in that room. They will show a video of a dirty room and say this is your booked room. If you want good rooms, they will be available at higher rates. You are forced to take a higher rate room as other hotels may charge higher at the last minute. This is a scam from the hotel side. The hotel is on a narrow road. There is no parking for your car near the hotel. You have to park your car one kilometer away. The parking slot staff really have no courtesy. They overcharge you. They tell you to park your vehicle at the end of the parking lot. When you go to pick up your vehicle in the morning, the area around your car will be dirty. Can't get into your car. So if you are staying somewhere and park your vehicle in the grounds, make sure to park your vehicle near the entrance of the parking lot.

Yusuf, the only staff for everything was friendly and helpful.

Area is surrounded by slum. There is no space for parking. Rooms have higher moisture content which results in fungus on beds and pillows. Breakfast has no options. Breakfast is so basic and of average taste. Room had a weird smell. Inverter had no power in charging slots.

It was too costly. We paid 18k for 2 days for two rooms. It’s not at all worthy. Even the location is not good. Seems good in images but in reality the location is not worthy staying. Will only suggest if you are getting at max 1500/ day charges otherwise opt for other options.

The receptionist was really helpful and was always available and ready to assist every time.

The hotel has potential, but there were some challenges during my stay. Vikram, the only staff member on site, was managing everything—from the front desk to cleaning and even attending to guests' requests for hot water. He was doing his best and was very helpful, but it's clear that more staff is needed to handle the workload efficiently. Vikram's dedication is commendable, but having additional staff would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I hope the management considers this to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. A special mention to Vikram from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, even at midnight. His warm hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Looking forward to my next visit!
