The stay was comfortable and pleasant but there were a few situations where we felt maintenance was required. - Swimming Pool We were wanting to use the pool but when we visited the pool, the pool hygiene was poor. As the pool was in an open area, there were no partitions or dividers near the pool. Street dogs were seen sleeping next to the pool and drinking water from the same. The area around the pool too is not maintained. - Room Windows The rooms we were provided with had large windows which give you the ultimate view of the property and the nature around, but only if they were clean enough. The windows were smudgy and dusty as if they weren't regularly maintained. It is hard to record a video of the view outside which defeats the whole purpose of those large windows. - Water Park The water park rides were maintained and have no issues, but the park surroundings and the path which connects the hotel to the park is very very poorly maintained. Actually there is no maintenance at all. There is no proper walkway, you have to go through a slippery path and there's no proper marking to it. Consider it an adventure within itself to reach the water park.

It was a good spot for a short break/holiday. We went as a group of 5 families and we had requested for adjacent rooms which they arranged in their best way. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and will make your stay comfortable from the very start itself. They will respond to requests immediately and will assure you and your companions have a pleasant time. Definitely do visit the water park, will definitely enjoy the rides; do not expect an extravagant water-park like wonderla but definitely enjoyable enough as the crowd isnt much and most of the rides have very short waiting lines. Will keep you and your family engaged in thrill and fun. The complimentary breakfast was good too. They had a variety of options and it would always be a very good option to go a little early for breakfast. Will definitely consider visiting again.

Extremely helpful staff, Had to take a client's call in the midnight Engineer venkatesh helped us to connect our projector for presentation and helped us to get a seamless wifi connectivity through out the call. Rooms were clean Food and service good Buffet breakfast selections were excellent 👌👌
