The view from the Hotel is mesmerizing. You get access & beautiful view of Karnataka Siri Horticulture Garden. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. 15 Mins from the city centre & railway station.

Breakfast could have been better but the evening snacks were too good and especially the paneer pakoda was too good. More than the rooms the ambience outside and the huge garden are definitely super amazing. I was helped in getting an auto booked on our return.

Cons : 1)The taste of food is not up to the mark. 2) The restaurant is lacking sufficient staffs and you have to wait for hours even to give an order and to get the dish which we have ordered.We had to wait for around 45 minutes in the night when we had ordered only a chicken soup, 4 chapathis and a butter chicken curry.The same scenario was in case of our lunch. Chicken soup was the worst which I had ever in my life. 3) They will not provide main course in your room and they will only provide starters in room service. 4) We were provided with a room which lacks privacy for family. The room which was alloted for us was adjacent to the reception hall and we could hear all the conversations happening there and viceversa.

This hotel is providing a very good budget friendly stay.The significant advantage of this hotel is the ambience which they provide intact. Pros : 1) This property is situated in acres of land and will provide you a wonderful ambience which is worth as you can spend a whole day in their well maintained garden. 2) This hotel will provide you a budget friendly stay. 3) Friendly staffs, which make you comfortable which plays a role in your comfortable stay. 4) Spacious room was provided for us which was a double standard room. 5) Dedicated play area which will boost up our comfortable stay.

Restaurant hand wash area not clean. Request the staff to clean the hand wash area everyday. Coffee - not good. Tea - better than coffee. Strong Tea - good (As per request 1 time prepared.) Food rates bit higher than usual rates.

150 yr old buildings. Rooms are spacious without any outside view. Actually,Its a roof top extension. Narrow passages. Wooden flooring, Room heights very minimal Small size washrooms but very clean. Cold/Hot water available for 24 hours. Amazing garden infornt of the property. 10/10 rating. Restaurant food is good except Neelagiri Chicken ( if possibe,remove the item from your menu). Close to all tourist attaractions.

We could hear all the talking in reception as the wall was not soundproof.

This budget hotel is in an amazing rural setting overlooking a beautiful garden. Our traditional room was large with a great view located next to reception in the old house. Good affordable food in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location details (hoardings or banners) are not put up on the Entry roads of Ooty to access the hotel path, google maps go crazy if we miss a turn on the way to find the hotel. Dampness found on certain walls of the hotel, understandable but can be maintained FYI: Cab drivers stay is not provided at the hotel FYI: Access from Ooty bus-stand is a decent road compared to the back side entry found from Fernhill Road or boat house road, which is congested and bad roads (Left side road if you face the bus stand is good, advisable not to use the road under the railway bridge)

The access to locations, staff, the hotel location itself, and the park cleanliness. The best part of the hotel is the relaxation which we get after taking a stroll in the park during early morning Wonderful housekeeping staff with ready to help attitude cozy rooms and parking space, ample rest rooms in and around the hotel for elderly people to access when needed All the rooms have an extra bed, so nuclear family never has to worry about space for kids. Rooms 4/5&6 have a good view compared to others as they are situated on the top tier next to reception, giving the full view of the park and valley By end of November 2024 the musical fountain below the San Francisco Bay bridge replica will be ready to view, by the way I feel the musical fountain is a replica of Dubai mall fountain next to Burj Khalifa, have to see it before commenting for sure. Good Wi-Fi connectivity, if needed. Language is not a barrier; I observe most languages are covered by the staff Overall, I confirm, if you need a work break to calm yourself from all the office stress, this is the place to be.
