IndiaI took a studio because of a sofa bed. But there was no view. Try to select villa with view. The provided bath towels were not clean. When I complained, they replaced it with a good towel.
It's one year old.property..The room was neat and clean. Toilet was spotless. The bed was large and confirtable. The food was also great. The staff were polite and responded quickly to any of our requests. We have stayed 5 properties in Ooty in the last 2 years. This is the best.

IndiaRestaurant not enough for all people , also staff at kitchen are soft spoken but not all. One gentleman denied to give milk for baby saying out of stock . You must arrange it when someone asking for baby milk . Reached at property late around 2:45 pm and asked for lunch at room service, it was pathetic service , chicken biryani without spices and SALT. Paneer curry was cold served . When complained , person came for taking order back , I liked the overall service , they were fast in everything .

Rooms are big but not clean, we arrived at the property, the room they give us was not clean hair was everywhere, then bed sheets we not clean dusty, we booked for two night, at the place cheaper room then we upgraded to villa by paying but more, the stuffs listen to you but can’t do anything unless they are not told by the receptionist, Restaurant is great service at restaurant is much more nicer with food quality also, thanks to Asif the guy who serves us during our stay in restaurant it was nice ! A big name Mango hills resort but needs a lots of service efforts to check up with stuffs in ground levels, they need a someone expert to guide them for cleanness!

IndiaI recently visited this beautiful hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. We had our breakfast and dinner here. They had a seamless check-in process with friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and dropped us into our room in an electric golf cart. ROOMS: The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bathroom was huge with hot & cold water available 24x7. The smart TV was equipped with different OTT subscriptions. Our rooms had one of the best hill views of the city. FOOD: The on-site restaurant served variety of food options 3 times a day. We had breakfast and dinner during our stay where they served dozens of food items. They also made jain dishes on our request. The staff was attentive and courteous. Mr Biswa and Mani with others attended us very cordially. AMENITIES: Hotel is equipped with outdoor children play area and indoor games like carrom, table tennis & chess. Bonfire in garden every night for everyone was mesmerizing. They are also starting spa and other leisure activities in upcoming weeks. What stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and such personalized care so effortlessly. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway.

IndiaApproach route needs some work (I believe it is ongoing and might be completed soon) The water served in the room and restaurant could be improved (While they say it is RO-treated, it doesn't taste as pure as mineral/purified water that we are so used to drinking nowadays) Feedback (specific to the room we stayed in) - The water didn't drain in the shower room. Plumbing may need some fixing. Electric connections weren't perfect (flickering of some lights, etc) - But the electrician was prompt to respond.
We had travelled as a family of 4 (two adults + 2 kids) and stayed in a Junior suite. The property is relatively new and very well maintained. The room was certainly value for money. Hot water is available round the clock. Junior suite also has a bathtub. Internet connectivity is really good, and the in room TV is a Smart TV where you can connect your OTT accounts and enjoy. The staff were courteous and accommodated our requests promptly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good mix of south indian and north indian varieties. The idlis were very soft and tasty unlike many other hotels we have been to. Dosas were also like the ones you eat at home. Special call out to Mani (part of the restaurant staff) who was helpful with all our requests. Kids enjoyed the place. The park has a trampoline as well. Indoor games are well maintained. They have an evening bonfire every day. Overall, a great place to stay in and we would love to visit again.

IndiaThe location to reach the hotel is very unapproachable. There was no hot water in such cold weather for 2 days, it was stinking of sewage all over the hotel we had to get room changed once cuz of the smell. My wife had big problem for Jain food in all meals throughout the day inspite of confirming before hand.
The size of the room is very good. The breakfast was good. Ms.Pooja at the front desk was very co operative & Helpful to us.
