How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The restroom in main lobby is unclean. Someone took a poop, but not flush yet :(

Nothing i didnt like about the place.. the place is fantastic
The staff were amazing and helpful. specially Mr. Rajesh and the girl in reception.dont rememver her Name I think its Ms. Navya. They were very helpful and very kind to me.. The rooms are nice and clean.

CIGARETTE Smoking smell in the gallery and somehow it was also in the room at night time.
It was upgraded to family room with king size bed.

Stayed alone with my 19 month old daughter as a pit stop before continuing my onward journey by train. CST is very closento the hotel, making the location super convenient. Hotel is fabulous and super safe and good value for money. Staff catered to our every need. Would 100% stay here again.

Some basic amenities are not provided and room with double bed chargeable if twin room allocated even if they are charging high amount compare to similar hotels.
Great hotel, staff. Good and safe location near to train station. Great view from upper floors. Clean and maintained.

Front desk staff, pesky! Sudama restaurant. They can do well by accommodating basic adjustments to customize Eg, without paneer!

The taste of food is not great.. The poha was too bland.. Sambar and misal were too watery.. The restaurant is too crowded during breakfast so service is poor..
The rooms are very neat and clean..and spacious too.. The room has an electric kettle for tea and coffee.. Had to call the technician twice for the TV.. Not too many channels available... Bathroom is small but comfortable.. Only liquid soaps are provided by the hotel.. No other toiletries.. The restaurants are good but overpriced.. The breakfast is not worth eating.. Food is not tasty.. Location of the hotel is good..chowpaty is at a walking distance..Nariman point is about 10-15 mins drive by cab.. Overall a good place to stay.. Would highly recommend the hotel. Staff is very helpful..

Extremely difficult to get the booking as the hotel is fully booked most of the time .This is our second visit in 2 years staying almost 24 nights both times .Please provide direct phone number via What’s app to make it easier .
Excellent location with lovely restaurant serving breakfast with different variety every day and service was impeccable .Nothing was too much trouble for them and room service was good too .Liked the hotel very much .Will definitely visit again at the hotel .

It was a little noisy on some days due to events at the hotel banquet facilities.
Location was central to everything. Breakfast buffet was good. The manager at the breakfast buffet provided exceptional service.

There were not enough towels and no hairdryer. Some staff training needs to be in place for the reception. Staff should not answer phones whilst dealing with face to face customers.
Location was very good. all the staff were very courteous and helpful with the exception of the reception staff. We found it very rude that the receptionist was answering phone calls whilst dealing with us. Bell boys were extremely helpful at all times. Would have preferred more towels and a hairdryer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Super comfortable bed, quiet room on 9th floor, non smoking. Staff were helpful and courteous. Good food at both restaurants on site. Easy to get around with Uber
