Our Stay at ITC exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk and in the dining room was so friendly and courteous and treated us like family, The house keeping did an excellent job keeping our room spic and span. Overall this stay was exceptional and we will stay here for sure during our next visit as well

My recent stay at ITC Gardenia was an absolutely delightful experience, setting a new benchmark for hospitality and service. A special mention is deserved for Kshitij, the Duty Manager. His approachable demeanor and keen attention ensured every aspect of the visit was perfect. It's reassuring to know that someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction oversees the hotel's operations. The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated. Beyond the superb dining, the hotel staff's professionalism and dedication elevated the experience. Every interaction showcased a commitment to providing exceptional service. -Check my wasn’t that smooth (I was asked for data online ahead of arrival and then again when I arrived at 2am…). Also the person missed proactively sharing info like my room number, WiFi, breakfast, spa, transport 😅

Honest, I can't think of anything that was less than excellent.

My stay at the ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru was very positive. I particularly appreciated the personalized attention from the hotel manager, who made a noticeable effort to ensure everything exceeded my expectations. The dining experiences were consistently good, offering high-quality and enjoyable meals across their venues. Furthermore, the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, providing easy access to business areas and city attractions while still feeling quite peaceful. Overall, ITC Gardenia offers a commendable blend of attentive service, quality dining, and an excellent location for a visit to Bengaluru.

Some of the staff seems to be a little uncertain how things are organised under what circumstances. Hence they tend to end up asking each other what they have ,what don't, what discount applies to what and what they sell in what type of the hotel restaurant/bar. Nevertheless the issues are minor.

Interaction with the concierge team prior to arrival and post check-out was relatively cumbersome, especially via emails. The responses received are pretty stock standard and don't answer queries clearly. I couldn't receive an update invoice with correct personal details despite updating it on my end and even one of the staff member doing so on their end.

The restaurants inside the hotel are mediocre and the staff is lcking basic hospitality skills, especially for a presumably 5 stars hotels.

The room was okay, the view was great and the staff very friendly, though not excelled in anything.
