Had a great time in Chillout Hotel! The host was super helpful and showed me what to do around Jaipur. He took the time to get some samosas together and have some quality time and talk! The rooftop and food is amazing with an ideal location to visit the most famous attractions in Jaipur. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly, this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in India. It’s very comfortable, spotless, and the staff are welcoming and super kind. And there’s even a little kitten on the rooftop – I was so happy about that, haha! I stayed here once on my own and then came back a second time with friends, and both stays were excellent. I definitely recommend it!

I stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are decent and good for a budget stay, the rooftop is nice, and the location is convenient.

My check-in experience was disappointing. Despite informing the hotel about my arrival time (and even arriving an hour later than that), the room was not ready and was only prepared after we reached. The bathroom latch was broken, only a small night bulb was there instead of proper lighting, and soap was not provided. While I understand it’s a budget stay, basic amenities like these should be taken care of, even if it means a slight increase in cost.

The locals and the staff were really friendly and super helpful! The room was comfortable, even though the beds were quite firm! The owner went over and above to keep us happy and they have the best masala tea and toast!

The room had a balcony and everything is very clean. Staff are very helpful and can offer any kind of service.

The rooftop does not show as good as in the pictures. We were told the breakfast was buffet but there were only toasts and porridge.

Staff is great. Rooms are fine and for the price great and same for breakfast.

Brekfast takes long time.

Good value with a funny and welcoming receptionist. Within walking distance of some interesting sights.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Jaipur and to dine. I’ve had a great experience staying here. The staff are very friendly and open- minded. If we experience any inconvenience in any way in Jaipur, they will find a solution for it. Food here is excellent and the view from the rooftop restaurant is marvellous with a peaceful dine in space. This Hotel is actually at the center of Jaipur so most of the tourist attractions are in walk in distance also they provide best guidance to explore the whole Jaipur. If you are looking forward to meet amazing people, to have some authentic food and explore Jaipur, Chillout is your bestest option.

Great views, nice roof top, friendly staff and nice breakfast of fruits and steamed rice. Aircon in room.

The place lived up to its name - felt right at home since my arrival. Home cooked food, late night conversations on the rooftop, magical stories, true lessons in kindness and wisdom, paired with a good sense of humor, and around it all, a care and readiness to help at all time - thank you so much for this time, Ajay & friends (yes, you too Antoine - my co-solo-traveler I shared the deck with : ) Even with mock drills and practice blackouts in the city, never stopped feeling calm and safe there. And, Nilesh, you are right, I do miss your cooking already <3

Good location within a short tuk tuk ride to the main attractions of Jaipur. Clean rooms. Great service from Roshan, he went out of his way to try and make our stay as good as possible.

The photos are NOT accurate to what the property looks like now. The rooftop is nice but outdated and because it was not a busy season when we were there, neither the breakfast or dinner buffet were offered. This was not communicated to us before we arrived. Everything felt very disorganised, sometimes food and drink would be available in the restaurant but often not. When we did have food it was slow and the menu seemed to change daily (aka they would refuse to cook some things as hosting a private event). Our room wasn’t cleaned at all despite being there for 4 days. A shame because it has a lot of potential but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This place needs much attention to the condition of the rooms. It really is a run-down backpacker’s joint.

The bathroom was a disgrace. TV didn’t work.
