I stayed in room no.301...its first floor..rain water was coming through ceiling.seepage you can say.

I liked the food (Breakfast n dinner) provided by the Hotel..... Special Thanks to Sajjan Pariyar,he would always be ready to help us.Very kind person he is. Secondly Mr. Jeevesh he was also very generous n helpful kind person.

Google map location is inaccurate.Improvements are suggested for room and bathroom cleanliness, sheet dust, and the location of the topmost room. Better signage from the main road is also recommended.

Booked with Family Room and got double room only. In double room we accommodate 4 people. They provided extra bed. But not comfortable. They took almost whole money of Family Room. Just round off minor discount. Location is far away from the Market place, Bus Stand etc. Located on hilly road.

I was booked for 2 nights but I could stay only for 1 day due to stay owner has shifted us to different property and the reason was he has taken over booking of 3 families on the same day so he was requested us to shift to another property with same cost, which I didn't expected so not happy with this property and i don't recommend. Not a helpful people while taking the bookings and he asked us to pay advance before going there to confirm the booking

Our family was not allotted the room which we booked. Instead of paying more than 1 day room rent in advance before we reached there. We observed the room with balcony was empty and the manager Mr. Vivek said there are no rooms available(Later on I went personally checked the room was vacant and the staff said we are cleaning it) but you are lucky enough to get other room to which we requested to give it next day for which he said YES. Later on the same room was given to other guests may be for more money on same day. To our surprise Mr. Vivek was not available from next day onwards we just wanted to enjoy the vacation. Just make sure to get the same room which you have booked. We directly spoke to property owner ,Paying advance 3 days before our check-in, Confirming it twice on call. whatz the point ??

Property is decent, Service, food (Limited spread for breakfast & no lunch available) and the staff is good.

Bathroom was small and congested. Room size was comparatively less for for the family of 5 people, and building looks bit old. Overall all good stay.

I was charged 3000 per stay, which was not worth the money, they were not cooperative to change the room, staff is limited, brkfast starts at 830 whereas in a tourist place you start a day very early for sightseeing, out of 4 days, i could only hv the brkfast on last day of my stay while checking out.

Ideally everything was average, nothing to highlight. Manager was one-track train, no matter what you ask he will defer it to seniors who r not reachable, staff is limited and they also play the game of defer, not guest friendly.

The room although spacious and clean seemed to be in need of some maintenance work , what with the wallpaper peeling of in a few places and the plumbing and electric accessories begging for attention..... But what made one feel cheated or disappointed was the extra" goods and services tax " and "commission" which I had to pay over the offer price - of course the owner is not at fault- its there in fine print and he showed it to me .

The food was excellent. Good ambience. Cute lil garden. And lovely facade.

The room was full of moisture and blankets were not clean. not suitable for people with allergies and asthma, upon request they changed the curtains bed sheets and blankets then it became a little sustainable.Kitche could be more clean and breakfast options should be upgraded. however the price we paid we found it value for money.

Property location was good if you have your own car, we were travelling via tempo traveller so it was convinient. you can order food online various options from Zomato delivers to property, quite and beautiful hotel, huge play area for kids.
