The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The reception greeted me warmly with a glass of cold juice and a freshly baked cookie, which was a very nice touch. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent with a great variety of dishes, especially the Indian cuisine.

United KingdomWe were three and while booking we have clrealy mentioned 3 adult but there were two beds only in the room and they did not suggest us for another room.
The hospitality was excellent, staff were very friendly, the restaurant is fantastic. We have a great oppurtunity to have food prepared by great chef Prem Thagunna who made special food for us. We had a chance to take a photograph with him as well. My father is vegeterian and Prem prepared a special veg meal for my father and it was really excellent quality. Thank you chef Prem Thagunna. Breakfast in the morning was really good. lots of choices. Rooms was very clean.

For example, one of the restaurants had been booked out for a private function but because a member of staff had seen us looking at the menu they found us in the other restaurant to say we could order off either menu.
