Location

Rooms were not cleaned. There were hair strands on the pillow and blankets. Pillow covers were dirty, No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. No towels. Because of this we requested to check out 1 day early. No response from the property owner to our requests. Followed up multiple times for the refund for 1 day early check out but all in vain. There’s a huge difference in the rooms shown in the picture in booking.com vs the reality.

Worst property ever been to

Don't go here, they are scammers! The build quality of the room I stayed in was bad, the bathroom sink was dirty. No hot water, even after turning on the geyser and waiting for half an hour. On top of that the AC didn't work properly. After requesting a room with working AC, which they said they didn't have, I cancelled the second night and was promised a partial refund. I was told to contact them, but they gave bad contact info and stopped responding on Whatsapp. After I finally managed to contact them through Booking.com, they changed their story and are refusing the refund. I even overpaid at check-in because they didn't have change, they didn't return this to me either. There are very nice places in the surrounding area, please pick one of those and don't go here.

The service of Mr. Desai and his humble nature.

Rooms were not maintained properly and serving staff was scanty. You must improve manpower and maintenance. Bathroom window should be completely covered. People are willing to pay extra for comforts. Before allotment, all the facilities should be checked to avoid complaints. We encountered lot of problems. Being a Maharashtrian owner, you should be competitive enough.

Locality

We had a very disappointing experience during our 2-day stay. The private pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place, was in a filthy condition — it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. There were food particles floating in it, and despite informing the staff multiple times, no action was taken throughout our stay. The basic amenities were also not functioning: the WiFi was down, the phone in the room was disconnected, and the room lock wasn’t working. When we requested assistance, the staff member walked through the entire room with dirty shoes, leaving muddy footprints, and yet no one showed up later to clean the mess. To make matters worse, our driver, who accompanied us from Pune, was treated disrespectfully by the housekeeping staff simply because he wasn’t a local cab driver. This behavior was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pool is best and the privacy couple gets, room service is very good and prompt, they ensure full privacy Dinesh as property manager took care well for all the things.

Curtain not closing fully

Coocasa Mahabaleshwar provided an unforgettable experience. The combination of excellent service, luxurious container room accommodations, just 5 minutes walking from the main market and attention to detail made it one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay in the Mahabaleshwar . I’ll definitely be returning!

Overall very poor experience.. Rooms were not at all clean, the intercom wasn't working, and the current wasn't there. Food was waste. No coordination..
