The room was very small and compact. The geyser had to be repaired twice. I was charged extra for second blanket which is not a norm in other places. For a double occupancy room the caretakers gave only one towel. I had to insist on second one. During our three-day stay, no cleaning was offered for the room. I had to request sweeping on the last day. Towels too were not available for change. On the flip side, the room had a spectacular view that made us forget other issues. The location is good. Better than staying in crowded areas. Food is available on request from outside source. Cleanliness and food service can be improved.

Nothing, we were looking for Off crowded location without going far from the city and this one got it right. One thing, TV were not working in the room.

Great Location with tremendous view of tea garden. About 1.5KM from city centre. Very helpful and nice staff. We were family with kids. Clean, lawn area for kids, Overall an amazing buy.

I didn't like the behavior of the owner. He was very rude and arrogant. When we reached ooty I called the property owner and he asked me to come to property and confirmed that his property is vacant. So we moved to this property location. The road to this property is very bad. Most of the roads are muddy and with lot of potholes. At most the places there wasn't even a tarred road. But when we reached there and called owner he made us wait for another one hour. Finally when he reached at property he said that we can't stay there as we are bachelors.But nowhere in the add he mentioned that bachelors are not allowed. He was even hesitant to give us an explanation

I cannot use the literal words as it was kind of unparlement and I don't want to showcase it... Overall our trip was a disaster and stress full just because we went with booking. Com and the this property I hope booking. Com should seriesoly consider hiring some one who at least is well mannered, educated and well behaved Mostly commonsense
