IsraelThe parking was always full Apparently in Shabbat the coffe machine is not working and you have to make yourself the coffee with the powder and hot water. The swimming pool area is not huge and was very hard to find a place to sit, plus the water was not super clean. The WiFi in the room is not working very well,the signal is not really strong.
The hotel is really close to the mall and marina. The room was very well decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast is various and had a lot of options. The receptionists were very kind and helpful with every request. We had dinner at Cena and the pizza was good !

IsraelI didn't like the fact that a member of staff was sweeping the floor under our table whilst we were eating our breakfast or that the coffee served with breakfast isn't from a proper coffee machine.
The Brown Eilat is an older hotel, but we were aware of this. We weren't happy with the room we were given but fortunately Shachar, the helpful receptionist, found us a better option on a higher floor. The pool isn't huge, but it was never crowded, and it was very relaxing spending time there. The breakfast offers a good and varied selection. We also had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Considering what we paid, the hotel was excellent value for money.

IsraelAt first, we thank Nati at the reception for her kind assistance with whatever we needed. Other things that stand out are design, colors and fresh smell. The room has a large tv that can be conveniently connected to the mobile device. All the amenities in the room were working well. The showering kits were of good quality with nice scent. The location is great and quiet. Ot to close to malls restaurants and beaches. The pool area is very relaxing: a pool itself is pretty deep up to 1.8 meters. The ambient music was great, and there was a bar with food and drinks. One could choose cozy and soft loungers together with regular plastic ones. A breakfast was very tasty and diverse, we could even order a cold coffee which is the first time we could do in a hotel. The staff at the breakfast were very helpful and kind. The lobby is very lively even in the evening because it is also used as a restaurant.
