IsraelOld facilities that cry for repair. Also, there are not enough technicians and dining room workers (for instance, nobody came to fix our AC - it was 43 degrees!). The public areas are not clean enough.
The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and of good quality, and the room was clean.

IsraelThe hotel is old and a bit scruffy. It's about time for an overhaul, but then it won't be so modestly priced! I was disappointed that the pool was closed, although we did get a voucher for another hotel pool.
I was attracted by the extremely competitive price. The hotel is closer to the Bokek stream nature reserve than any other hotel in the Bokek resort area, and that was on my agenda. It's actually a very short walk. Just be careful crossing the main road.

IsraelI didn't like that it was a little bit dirty in the corridors. And the evening was a little bit disorganized in the restaurant. We arrived an hour after the dinner began and we didn't find any plates, and forks. Also the tables were dirty because of the people that were sitting before us. There was part of the yard that was not in order. Some playgrounds may be. I think that it will be good to make renovations. May be to change the carpet too.
I like the pool and the back yard. The rooms were good with a comfortable beds. Bathroom was good and the view was good also. The wifi was all the time. Food was good also. Especially breakfast.

Very professional staff. They actually called me the day before to check if I have any preference regarding my room and letting me know about the hotel facilities. Also everybody in the staff was very professional and nice during my stay. I also went to recommend the spa, the theory was very good and they managed to find me an appointment on their busy schedule because I didn't have much time.

IsraelThe key cards didn't work consistently. The noise factor with the children in the hall ways was irritating. Having to walk all the way around from the main street to get to the hotel. The food was average.
I liked the personal touch of the arrival gift, the rose at dinner and the management calling to chk on us. We enjoyed treatments at the Lavender Spa! The cable services.

IsraelIn my opinion, the breakfast could be improved. There was no variety of yogurts to choose from which I found irritating. The staff in the dining room never smiled and were not too friendly or helpful. I did complain to the hotel Manageress and she was going to look into it. Other than to spend time at the pool in the day and eat dinner and breakfast in the dining room, there is absolutely nothing else to do in this hotel.
Front desk staff were very friendly at check-in and during our stay. The Manageress was available to speak to and very nice. Dinner was adequate and tasty and breakfast was okay. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms and hotel were very clean. It is at the back end of the Dead Sea so there was not much noise which is exactly what we wanted. All in all I enjoyed my stay. A perfect place if you just want to relax at the pool or in the room!!
