The cleanliness outside the Hotel, could have been better. The price of breakfast, for what it was, is NOT worth 85 Shekel ($25 U.S.!!!). Great rooftop lounge, but NO ambience whatsoever!

I've been to the Savoy in the past. Great little boutique hotel. Location is wonderful, area is great, walking distance to all the action along the beachfront promenade. The breakfast looked ok, but NOT for the price. No parking on location. Rooftop patio is nice. Rooms abit small but comfortable. Price was reasonable for Tel-Aviv and the hotel location. But what makes Savoy really stand out, is their Staff. Always friendly, always helpful, always professional. A BIG shoutout to both Eilan and Natalie at reception! Always willing to help with a BIG smile and positive attitude! THANK YOU BOTH!!

I had hoped for at least a partial view of the sea but that was only from "superior" rooms. My city view was interesting. I would have liked some creamer for the coffee kit or the free coffee in the lobby. One bedside light did not work. The access to the rooftop lounge by stairs was difficult for me.

The location was perfect - quiet but near the sea, close to bus lines. The room was modest but satisfactory, and the bed was excellent, The toileries were excellent. Breakfast was a cold buffet - sensible in the hot weather. The staff were amiable and helpful.

My first room had air-con issues and over four days it broke every day, when I was moved to new room the air-con worked fine but their were issues with leaking water. When I received a phone call on the phone in my room the receiver had not been cleaned properly, it was very dusty

Getting in and out of the bathtub was a bit awkward.

Great location near the promenade and the beach. Close to many restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, and bus lines. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and they provide you with beach towel upon request.

The receptionist was super kind. Like, super kind! The location was just a minute from the sand. I literally walked longer to the beach than from the beginning of the water to deep deep enough to swim. Coffee and water 24/7 are nice touch.

Our room had an AC malfunction, but it was quickly fixed (less than an hour). The windows were hard to open. The room had a bath which was only half-covered by glass, and during shower water splashed on the floor which was uncomfortable as the bathroom didn't have a squeegee or floor drain.

The room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed. There were complimentary bottles of water and chocolates. The receptionist was very nice and polite. Breakfast was tasty, with assorted cheeses, quiches, eggs as we asked, salads and spreads.
