Convenient location. Spacious. Well equipped.

There is no shelter in the building. It’s a bit noisy outside.

Very spacious, in the very city centre. Very helpful and friendly host.

Location was great, and the host was responsive

The building is very rundown and unkempt. There was a strong unpleasant moldy smell upon entering the outside doorway into the apartment,, but the apartment itself did not have a smell. The apartment was dated, but clean. We had a huge bee infestation in our bathroom, and ended up killing many bees until we called the host. The host was responsive, and got an exterminator to come the same day, but this was an unpleasant part of the stay.

Good place, not far from the beach. A few groceries and restaurants are also nearby. The place is old a bit but comfy. Huge TV with active Netflix subscription. Fast internet. Very hospitable owner, lives nearby, always in touch via WhatsApp.

Second floor, could be noisy. Some furniture not working well.

We were actually given a different apartment. Closer to the Kikar and to the beach. It was spacious, comfortable and stylish.

Location, size of apartment, cleanness. Everything except for bathroom.

The building has the sun panels to heat water. Despite very sunny weather through all week of our stay, we have a hot water only once and it was enough for one person only. All other time we showered with a room temperature water.

The apartment was really great - clean and nicely decorated. Location is super close to the beach, which is for sure a plus. Michael was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location, 5 min to beach and 2 min to centrum with shops and restaurants. 2 bathrooms in apartment, spacious property with 2 separate sleeping rooms + huge living room with dining area and kitchen. Nice and helpful host.

Big and cool livingroom very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Michael is the very cooperative manager of the apartment.

A little problem with the acces to the parking, but this was extremely good handled by Michael the manager. We're all very tall. The double bed was a little small for us.

Great host. Clean, big apartment with all you need. Great location. Fast wifi.

It was a nice house. All rooms arr clean and comfortable. We(4 men) stayed. So we used 4 beds(2 double beds and 2 single beds). It is cheaper reletively than other apartment. Location is good near a downtown of netaya. It takes 5 minutes for going near resturant by walk. I recommend you.

Considering the price, I have no disadvantage.

Location was great. Short walk to the main street and a ten minute walk to the beach. The owner was easy to contact.

The apartment itself is exceptional. Very nice and calm location, a few meters from the different groceries, governmental institutions, medical cliniques, and what is most important the best beach in the city. The apartment is bright and spacious. The owners took care of all the necessary things you may need when arriving at the entrance, even things they do not have to worry about and you do not care about running to the nearest supermarket. Water, coffee, tea, napkins, and more were there. This fact is so nice after a long flight especially when this is not requested or agreed upon. Comparing this apartment to other ones we lived in the city, we found that here you get nice furniture, clean and fresh mattresses and what is most important the hostess took care of the atmosphere carefully and the whole apartment smelled of fragrances. This makes you feel like in your own home. We had rented several apartments in the city and there is nothing compared to the high level of care and comfort provided by Sea You Soon. p.s. According to the reviews of my family members, they have never slept so comfortably as in this apartment. p.s. The owners were friendly and hospitable people. We definitely have now a place to stay next time we arrive in Netanya.
