Rooms were nice sized, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop for sitting under the stars at night and the free parking in the center of Jerusalem was a bonus.

Although it was a hot summer day, they had the air conditioner on too high for when I walked in, and I never could warm up that room. There also are no plugs in the bathroom.

I had not purchased breakfast, but they generously gave it to me. They could not have been more helpful with Luggage or any needs that I may have during my stay.

Everything was really great!

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite on the 7th floor which was amazing and beyond our expectations,. Location is very quiet, but right down the street is loads of public transportation and many things are in easy walking distance. Especially to Emek Rafaim street and Azza street that have lots of cool restaurants and pubs! A very special thanks for the terrific upgrade. We will certainly be back !

Nothing to fault.

Beyond the perfect location (nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood within a 15-minute bus ride to either the Old City or the Shuk) and the amenities (excellent kosher breakfast with Mehadrin-certified dairy), the staff is just beyond helpful and friendly. We had such a fantastic experience that we decided to extend our stay. Highly, highly recommend.

I would have preferred a shower as I have some mobility issues, but the bathtub was easy to get on and out of and they gave me an anti slip mat.

The wonderful staff especially Youssef who cared for me like I was as a Queen. Dina is lovely at the desk, as is Taraq and Musa. The housekeeping staff Julie and Jennifer were so kind and cleaned so well. The hotel is clean and calm. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The food is wonderful. I loved the cheesecake at breakfast. And there were many hot selections. The Shabbat dinner had so many choices and colorful vegetable salads. Two kinds of fish.

Shower was in a bathtub that was somewhat slippery.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prima Royale hotel, it is very centrally located yet on a quiet street, with free parking which was a great bonus, and a really excellent breakfast! Room was not big but very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a fridge and some welcome treats. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Think if the hotel would invest in newer furniture in the rooms and carpets on the gloors.

We liked the welcome from the beginning, we got two rooms in the same floor and parking the car next to the entrance.. the rooms were clean with everything you need. Breakfast was good with coffee after in the sun outside.

the food We didn't like dinner, Pumpkin soup was sweet like dessert, dry chickpeas all with amounts of cumin. Unedible watermelon is a shame to serve. In the morning vegetables that belong in the bin. Very weak selection of cheeses. Breakfast is not suitable for the level of the hotel.

A lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood fifteen minutes' walk from anyway lovely staff everywhere smiling faces who do everything to help you. A lovely roof top overlooking the city. A real pleasure.
