Staircase leading to the loft was too steep and missing screws holding it. Would have liked the children's pools to be maintained cleaned despite it being shabbat.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The location: walking distance (10 mins) from the divers village (not in summer though) and away from the center. There is a little supermarket also at walking distance. The rooms have a nice balcony The bathroom is spacious and new

Staff were very not nice and rude. Got kicked out of the dining area. The staff charged me an extra 50 NIS by mistake for the dinner.

When we first checked in, the staff wasn't the most friendly, and overall for a weekend it's a bit pricey.

The facility is beautiful, with a magnificent view from our rooms and is situated far from the bustling city. It feels like a premium experience.

The washrooms can use some hooks on the wall. I had nowhere to hang my clothes. The lighting in the washroom was awful and also not enough lighting in the room. The ladder to the the loft is in a weird spot very close to the mirror. Also the pool closes at 6pm. I felt it was too early.

The grounds are beautiful and serene. The breakfast was good and the pool was really nice. The washrooms were very nice as well.

Booking.com made me pay 10% more but the price was for two people and it is default two people when yoi go on the website. I was always planning on taking my elderly mother so not sure how the reservation was switched to one person. Something shady happened

The rooms are very old and need urgent renovation, the rooms were dirty and the restaurant’s food wasn’t great.

The location is far away from town which makes is much more quiet to relax and it is in front of a beautiful beach that serves as a protected marine sanctuary

The best thing about this lovely hotel situated outside busy Eilat, are the kind and friendly staff. Patricia at the front desk greets everyone with a smile and truly cares that her guests have a wonderful stay. The morning chef who makes omelets also greets everyone with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and with a great sleeping environment

The peace and tranquillity of the setting, the beautiful pool and attention to detail, the breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the showers great, the view from the room inspiring and the staff very kind and helpful.

The rooms are outdated, the appearance of the buildings is outdated. The bar quality is average or below.

I loved the staff, the overall appearance outside with an emphasis on the greenery and landscaping work. The dining hall is not clean and is of a very mediocre standard.

I wouldn't recommend buying the spa products, the spa spray smells awful after a few minutes and it took a lot of time and arguing for the grumpy spa manager to cancel my transaction. the breakfast is mid: only juices offered were sugary industrial ones, there were lots of flies in the fish section, and the salads looked dry and tired.

Thai styled huts, roomy. fun big pool, with cool red dragonflies. there are friendly cats roaming the hotel, and the room balconies at night. close to attractions, and the bus stop. great view and vegetation, and decorated by Thai statues. movie theater grade big screen TVs with Netflix.

The air-conditioner was a bit loud , but not an issue and it was fixed by staff

Very beautiful place with nice staff , the bathroom new and renovated. We got very nice room. I was afraid of noise from outside, But everything was good and quite. The breakfast great and very tasty .

The facilities are pretty run down and in need of a renovation. Multiple issues in both rooms we had - TV, shower, phone... The golf cart transportation is ponderous and makes forgetting an item in the room a PITA.

The staff were caring and attentive. The food was quite good. The swimming pools are nice and well maintained. The surroundi g nature is beautiful. The reef is nearby. It's quieter than most of the hotel strip.

It needs a renovation or at least a small make up. The hotel and open areas were quite dirty. The room was also jot very clean, and many things were old and worn out. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable!

The location is good, quiet and far from the main city. Close to the good beaches of Eilat. Great pool and good atmosphere all together.

The room was very old and lack of maintenance. Inside the room you didn't have a place to hang your wet towels.

The food selection at breakfast was excellent and it was very tasty.
