Cleanliness could have been better and our room did look a little 'tired' in places. The room cleaning staff were lovely and were always on hand if you needed anything but the building itself needs a bit of an update.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very considerate if you turned up a little late. You were not made to feel rushed; they just let you sit and eat. This is not a five-star property, but that's fine because they don't charge five-star prices. The facilities are more than adequate, and unlike other more up-market properties in Israel, I always feel like I am getting exactly what I am paying for. My wife and I really like it here and will certainly return soon.

Most of the personal on site where very nice. BUT the receptionists. all three of them that we encountered where as rude as Israelis can get. very short tempered, not accommodating or hospitable, will give you a frowny face for every small request or question you might have and will not budge a little from their chair to help with anything. This might not look like a major thing since you are coming to a hotel for the room. but this room is managed by these people mostly and they did not deliver an experience i would want to repeat. so please take this into consideration.

To start with our stay was in overall a very nice one. THE ROOM: we got the upgraded room, while looking a bit aged (paint peeling off, unwashed curtains and just old in general) it had very good space for luggage with a big wardrobe and a safe. very nice bathroom with a shower cabinet that is very wide. the balcony was pointing to the sea so we could even see the sunset from our balcony. BREAKFAST: Very good breakfast, israeli style. eggs to order and nice variety of salads, breads and cheeses. the hall itself is facing the ocean which is very nice HOTEL FACILITIES: - Pool: unfortunately was closed due to war situation in Israel, but it looked nice with lot of sub-bathing chairs and shades - Gym: Had a gym (not big but very decent) - Beach access: Very easy private exit straight to the beach, but its not a guarded section so you wil have to walk 5~ mins to the life-guarded part of the beach - Parking: There is parking available on the basis of free space. it will cost 65₪ a night (according to Jun 2025) you cannot preserve it in advance but only upon checking-in. otherwize there are parking outside the hotel for 75₪ a day.

I did not like the way the receptionist who works in the evening was treating me. She was very racist with me and did not respect my request to remove the alcohol bottle from my room. She shouted at me that I could not touch it! Then she told me that she would send an employee to remove the bottle, but she did not send anyone. I was the one who asked the housekeeping employee to remove the bottle. Every time I asked her for something, she would evade me and not serve me unless it required me to pay money. She was nice in front of me!!!

I loved the attention of the receptionist Laura. She welcomed me during their break time and was interested in providing me with service for my comfort as a customer. She was clear in explaining to me all the services in the hotel. I really loved my experience with the hotel and with this employee in particular.

The view was breathtaking, the location was good, and the staff was super friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Also, the hotel has direct access to the beach.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the marina. The Okeanos Suites have all facilities one needs. The breakfast was very good. The decor and communal areas are decorated beautifully. The rooms are lovely with good bathrooms. All the staff are very helpful and available for any needs. My only complaint is the WiFi which was very weak in our room.

The staff were lovely (especially Bar) and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options. The location can't be beat- right on the beach! Walkable to a few restaurants and shopping areas.

The maintenance of the hotel is my only complaint. One of our bathrobes had a stain, the fuse blew in our room and I noticed some small damages throughout the hotel. The staff was super attentive and responded immediately to correct the issues that came up.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated on a quiet part of the beach within walking distance of a few small shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is designed well and has a beautiful view of the water from the lobby and all hallways. The decor and design of the lobby is breathtaking. Also the staff were very warm and accommodating. They were very pleasant to deal with and really tried to make our stay a success.
