There is not enough parking at the hotel so I had to park my car in the parking lot near by and pay. The floors in my room weren't in good condition, seemed to have water damage and the wires on the hair dryer were exposed.

I enjoyed the evening entertainment very much and I really enjoyed the saltwater pool it was very clean. The desk clerks was very helpful and the location to the beach was an easy walk from the hotel.

We had a room for three. But the third bed was much smaller and was intended more for a child up to 1.5 meters tall. In the end, they gave us a folding bed and put a standard mattress on it, which was certainly better. But considering that my friends and I paid the same amount for the room, but one person ended up sleeping on a not quite full-size bed. The room is very small, designed more for two people. With the third bed, there was practically no space to walk

Wonderful hotel 18+. The staff is very responsive, positive and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. I liked the availability of yoga training and other workouts which are available without any additional payment. There are many comfortable lounge areas. Massage, sauna, hamam and pool with salt water were very pleasing. The hotel also has a free entertainment programs every day: live music, master classes on making cocktails, makeup, etc. I extremely enjoyed to have a rest in this hotel.

The breakfast staff were very nice. Some of the food wasn't great. Scambled eggs were tasteless and cold. Juices were watery. Variety was good. Bathroom needs a bit of remodeling.

Hotel is beautifully designed. Loved the pools and jacuzzi.

This is a big and busy hotel, so there are a lot of people. Get to breakfast early.

Nice resort like hotel right across from the Dead Sea. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our time and using this as a base to explore the area and float in the Dead Sea. Great breakfast.

Too much expensive in this old hotel that really needs to be reviewed. I put a 8 to push to renew the hotel as the hotel team, I feel they do their best in spite of the material quality that it is not sufficient. As many resorts in Israel. It is unfortunately famous to have bad qualities material, for too much expensive night. The quality bedroom with the service even for an expensive price I see it as 500 ils for a night in this hotel but definitely not 900 ils! It is crazy.

Lena the manager was very devoted to answer to my wishes. Attentive, understanding, and could have a very nice stay, at the dinner room, the personal came to me to ask if everything was ok, so I know the team hotel actually do their best to satisfy their clients

There was no room balcony and no other room additions to use during the bathroom Especially the Jacuzzi bathroom inside the room. I hope they will modify and develop. 💝

It was so great and I enjoyed my stay here it was beautiful and the facilities are beautiful I felt comfortable recommending it to all adults, adults, and loved ones because it doesn't accept children

I had pre-ordered a bottle of wine and plata of fruit, and had phoned up two days previous to our arrival to check that this detail would be attended to - Unfortunately there was a glitch and the supposed surprise for my partner was ruined - However, after complaining of my serious disappointment in the hotel, which after-all, is not new or amateur, and having stayed there several times over the last few years, the hotel deputy manager Hanni took matters into hand. We received the above-mentioned. Hanni arranged, as reparation for the "balagan", for the extra cost to be returned (OTH) and met with us personally to express the regret of the hotel. We also received preferential treatment for the rest of the 3 night stay. All's well that ends well. . The hotel has undergone a substantial re-vamp, the spa has been redesigned and is now modern and crisp. The rooms which were once a little "old-fashioned" are now brighter and more comfortable. The spa has a super hamam, and we enjoyed a very professional massage. The outdoor pool area is more Mediterranean and fresh. The staff are very kind at all levels (the check-in staff dealt with my ire (see above), politely and professionally) and the dinning room is a breeze. We enjoyed our stay - We will return and recommend this hotel.

The sauna is very small and the staff in the spa area are mixed- some are polite and friendly and some act as it they are doing you a favor or are outright rude. Also it’s related to the staff but some guests brought entire coolers of alcohol to the outdoor pool area and were loud. It’s not the vibe you are going for when going to a spa place. Lots of Russian music too which can be annoying.

The indoor and outdoor pool areas are great. The rooms are comfortable and nice, you get a chocolate treat too and the shower is great.

I missed not having a balcony, but we could open the window & enjoy the view. If we wanted beach chairs we had to pay for them, the hotel could offer vouchers for that. After leaving the warm spa, the hallways to the elevator were just freezing. It seemed unnecessary to have those areas so cold when you are walking through there in wet robes.

The room & bed were comfortable. The Spa was relaxing. I asked for vegan option at dinner & received that. Breakfast was good, fresh, lots of options. It was quiet, no kids at mealtime or pool. The beach was just across the street.

Very pleasant 4-night stay. Extremely friendly staff, very healthy and tasty food, very convenient location. And what I loved the most is Hammam. I had some problem with my low back, and after visiting hammam, my problem disappeared.

We had a good time, it seems the management has made a couple of changes to the better, especially the cleaning staff was efficient and friendly compared to former years. Food was good and plenty of choices.

Accommodation was very comfortable but on our way to the hotel they called and said they are upgrading us to a nicer room and lunch on Saturday but we don’t get the lunch and the room didn’t seem upgraded seemed like it was even less nice than what o saw on line !
