IsraelThere was an unpleasant smell at the entrance (probably from the flowers). The hotel is next to the club the "Chato", and on Saturday nights, we hear the music bass. There is no private parking.
The team was friendly and polite. The room was modern and clean. I liked the DJ party that happened on the roof on Friday afternoon. Also, the Shabbat dinner is "a la carte" and is fantastic for the price!

Turkey1. The noise from the restaurant: once or even twice a week they have parties till midnight and the music is so loud. 2. The reception desk is hard to find: a little door sign would be helpful I think But the whole impression is 9 out of 10! (Minus 1 because of the noise)

IsraelThe pool area can get very noisy. At times they would increase the music volume to create a party atmosphere. The guests were eating and drinking inside the pool and the staff didn't ask them to stop. Our attempts to ask to reduce the volume were ignored. We had to leave the pool area.
The hotel staff were very hospitable and kind. The rooms are nicely designed and clean.

IsraelThe room is poorly designed: there is no bath room, the toilet and the shower were right within the room, the sink was literally near the bed. Zero noise cancellation if you wake at night for the toilet. Additionally, there is no closet and no place to put the bag. Our cloths were just left scattered around the room. And why on earth would the toilet door be translucent?? Breakfast was also disappointing after reading such good reviews.
The location is great, right near Herods and Dan hotels. Hotel was recently open and it's nice getting into a new hotel instead of renovated one. Bed was very comfortable.
