It was a bit challenging to find the staff, probably because of the bank holiday. I also sent a message through the Booking app, but unfortunately never received a reply.

The stay was amazing! The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great visit. The location is excellent, close to the city center and easy to explore Tel Aviv from.

Window blinds in my room didn't cover the window and a lot of light came in. Balcony flooring was poorly made and dirty. But the blinds have totally wrecked the experience unfortunately.

There are construction site right next to the building so it’s getting very noisy. This was not mentioned anywhere which I thought was unfair. I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights and only after reaching out twice to concierge I was moved to a different apartment facing the other direction.

The apartment is spacious, everything worked well (like washer and dryer, the toaster etc.), The shower is big and the stream is strong. The location is great, a few minutes by foot from the metro and also walking distance to the center of Tel Aviv.

My stay at this apartment hotel was exceptional - the space was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The fully equipped kitchen was incredibly convenient, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment made laundry effortless. The location is excellent. Within 25 min walk from everything needed and desired, including cafes, restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. The building itself is just out of construction and all facilities are top notch. The Apartment is absolutely the best I ever rented in Israel. Large. Huge windows. New and clean furniture. Smart TVs in every room. A washing machine and a dryer. Nicely equipped kitchen area. And the most important thing (for me anyway) was the underground parking with ample spaces and reasonable pricing. All-in-all, strongly recommend for anyone considering.
