Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. RomaniaThe bathroom was not clean and dirty, the TV could not be turned off, noise at night from other rooms, its not a 5 stars but 3 stars hotel. And at the rooms coridor there was a smell of Marijuana.
Breakfast was good, the reception was welcoming.

CroatiaWhere to start... I was first in a room in which the bathroom ceiling started to leak during night and created a big splash in the bathroom. So I got the other room (which was quickly resolved), but the general bathroom appearance is like it was created 20 years ago with minimal investments. The elevator is slightly risky to use (I noticed doors don't open always), the pool is useful if you're not going for business. But it's insane that pool is available only from 10AM until 6PM during summer (???), gym also with limited open hours. The stairs I had to use once were cleaned last time probably last year. The staff who handle breakfast speak no English at all.
I liked the breakfast, really nice Tel Aviv-style breakfast with lots of options. Also I liked the convenient location.

Israelwhen we arrived (Saturday evening) there was one person doing check ins and check outs. it took us around 30 minutes to check in. people were constantly interrupting him and he looked lost. one elevator didn’t work when we went up. the hallway and room entrance smelled of smoke.

IrelandThe bathroom was disgusting, there was obviously a lot of water damage, water leaking from the back of the toilet bowl, shower screen cover in lime scale, bathroom door rotten at the bottom of the door, and obviously the water leaked out into the bedroom as the flooring was starting to come up. This room should not have been available to the public. Didn't make a fuss because it was just sort stop we only stay for 12 hours. Would not recommend this hotel!
