The bed was a split massage bed and had this awkward separation line in the middle so you had to either sleep in one side or the other. Would've been better if it was just one big king size bed.

Presidential suite was spacious and had plenty of room to enjoy your stay with a great beach side/ocean view.

There was no smart TV in the room and the provided TV was very old and with very limited access.

Amazing views, very spacious rooms and great location. The pool was very nice and we were granted access to the spa which was very cozy with a nice jacuzzi facing the sea. The staff were very kind and tentative.

I would prefer sleeping in a one big bed and not two beds that were joined together. we were told that most beds in the hotels are like that. ours was.

Price is quite high, but it’s everywhere in Eilat like this… The building itself is old, but maintained very well.

We were upgraded to Herods palace hotel and it was a great surprise! Super location, great breakfast and dinner, very nice staff, beautiful view on the sea… Very clean and nice touch with present from the hotel (fruits table).

Peak season weekend. Very crowded and noisy.

Great room. We got an upgrade and received several treats to the room. We got the room early and checked out late. The hotel was very accommodating to religiously observant guests.

the staff was very accommodating and helpfull and the food was delicious, especially at dinner. the location of the hotel is also perfect as it is located in the middle of the boardwalk and close to all the shops and malls.

The room is not fully isolated noises, but it is quite enough during the night.

The stuff was super friendly and willing to assist with any request. The room was in a very good size and clean. The hotel is located at the main strip close to the beach and all the main tourist areas.

The hotel facilities are a bit outdated and need some renovation. There is no parking at the hotel (only based on availability) which was not clear at the time of booking. The great customer service really makes for a much better experience despite the above.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff were wonderful and every request we had was attended to via WhatsApp with Eva - great customer service and support. We had a beautiful view of the sea. The dinner was also very good.

The view was so amazing because they upgraded us to penthouse 🥰the breakfast is healthy and tasty ,lots of variety ,the staff was friendly and the location is perfect 👌🫶

Parking and traffic, single line road lead to all the hotels in a block and during check-out hours and evening hours it may take 30min just to find parking or to leave the block, with that at the end we always found parking, in radius of up to 500m from the hotel and most of the time traffic wasn't so heavy

Comfort bed, personel were nice and professional, breakfast is awesome, as well as different meal options inside the hotel itself. Location is pretty good if you mean to spend time in tourist area and attractions

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, respectful attentive and professional the personal of the hotel, always willing to collaborate and help, our three-year-old daughter really enjoyed the activities for children, we had a great time as a family and our experience was pleasant, excellent location and variety in the buffet, 🥰we will definitely return on our next vacation

The rooms are beyond old looking. We stayed for four nights at the Leonardo Hotel in Eilat just before the Passover holiday, accompanied by my daughter and wife. This was our first visit to Eilat. While browsing on Booking.com, I noticed that many of the hotels seemed outdated based on reviews. Nevertheless, I assumed a five-star hotel couldn't be that bad and chose the Leonardo due to its competitive pricing and similar facilities and location compared to others. Upon entering the hotel, my family and I were immediately taken aback by the lobby's bustling atmosphere and the pervasive smell from the restaurant. However, the check-in process was smooth. When we got to our room, we experienced another surprise; although spacious and clean, it looked significantly outdated. This dampened our enthusiasm for the holiday, as we wondered how we would manage the remainder of our stay. The hotel urgently needs a thorough renovation, not just a superficial makeover one

The staff and their ambitious for us to stay in comfort. After making the reservation on Booking.com, the hotel sent me a WhatsApp message. The next day, as my family and I started our journey to the hotel, they called to check if we were okay. During each day of our stay, they either messaged us on WhatsApp or called in person to ask if we needed anything and to ensure we were doing well. The reception staff, along with housekeeping and the restaurant team, were incredibly warm. The service was exceptional and welcoming. Thank you Ava 😊 and to all the others
