poor soundproof in room, worse because of peak season in August. long wait for elevators , crowded in mornings.

In my opinion the air-conditon was preset and it was impossible to change the temperature, only turn the air-conditon off. I'd rather the bathroom was cleaner, but it was ok.

The hotel is quite nice, staff was very helpful, you can park in the garage under the hotel for 20 ILS per day. Breakfest was very good, wide offer.

Check-in took a little too long, and we had to change rooms after leaving our stuff to get individual beds (which we had previously requested). Having said that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is Excellent and the staff was very accomodating. We requested if vegan options could be made available and they brought as an amazing breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable.

The rooms haven't been remodeled, you mast take care of the hallways, the carpet and the walls need immediate attention.. Need to be repainted. I didn't like the idea that I couldn't control the A/C of my room the way I like it, so we kept the balcony door open during the nights, we heard the noice of the traffic, the ambulances and others emergency vehicles during the whole night..Not only that, the people staying in next door used to go out to the balcony to smoke marihuana.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am which is not acceptable. We could not find a do not disturb sign. This also happened on the day we were scheduled to checkout and they should have it marked to leave the room till after checkout.

It is a very popular hotel for families and tourists and large groups When booking make sure to ask for a floor that is quiet.

Room cleaning could be done earlier in the day, we came back at 3pm and the room was not yet cleaned.

Big hotel with enough staff and delicious breakfast. The restaurant is so big and there was never an issue of finding a table despite the large groups staying in the hotel. The hotel is on a quiet street, 10min walk from the Old City which was perfect gor our family with small kids.

The reception area really needs attention. The cleaning staff do not clean the bathtubs and the floors well. Our electric plugs were on and off.

The facilities is a walking distance to the old city. We could walk to the Garden Tomb. The food was very nice and there was a lot of variety. The manger Mohammed, was very helpful. We even got to be allowed late check out as our flight was going to be in the evening.

First room we got had bed bugs in it. Luckily i saw them before falling aspeep, was assigned new room after reporting the issue. Carpets in hallways look like they never saw cleaning, stains every few steps. Simple tasks by staff like check in, takes too long in my opinion.

Check out was almost as fast as i wanted. Breakfast was mostly fine, but the bread unfortunately is not fresh.

The time when we check in it was a long line that it shouldn’t be that way but it took us i think an hour just to check in it is frustrating the staff are even not nice to understand and do something about the situation. We came from a long drive and then we need to wait more for a line? I think they should improve on this receiving guests. The lobby is old and they should innovate to look more decent. Its not the same on the picture.
