The bathroom had red ants throughout the stay. I should have complained but I didn't. The towels had a horrible smell. Water from the shower went everywhere, all over the floor in the bathroom.

The bathroom's tile grout maintenance could benefit from an update. This is not to say the bathroom was not clean. It was. The lobby has a abbreviated hours. Staffed only 08:00 - 22:00. Beyond these observations, my overall experience was positive.

Location was fantastic. Space for three was perfect. Bathroom was spacious boasting a bath tub shower combination AND a standing up shower. Bath was clean. That said, the bathtub and shower grout could benefit from an update/maintenance. Kitchenet, and bedrooms were clean. Bathroom towels were stiff and rough textured. Lobby was modern and inviting. We did not opt for the ₪85.00 breakfast. I would recommend the slightly less pricey bakery across the street.

Unparalleled location at the corner of King George and Yaffa. Walking distance to Machane Yehuda and the Old City. Excellent value!!! For the price I paid I do not expect a five star hotel. It completely met my needs and expectations for a short stay in the center of Jerusalem. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Excellent breakfast with many choices. I would stay here again

I always book non-smoking hotels because smoke really bothers me. This one said non smoking but people smoke out on the balconies so it comes right up into the room.

The staff was great! I only got to stay 1 night of the 3 that I was booked for due to changing circumstances. They were very gracious.

Just a few complaints - The balcony wasn't cleaned and everything outside is very dirty. The towels are old and ripped. The TV didn't work in our room and it was after 23:00 so no staff was there for help.

The location was perfect and we used the recommended parking lot nearby that gave us a set rate until the next evening. The girl at check-in was very nice. The room inside was clean and roomy (deluxe room with balcony), good shower and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

The fact that it was 3 bedrooms were a stretch. It’s a tight space. One of the showers was not working well, leaked everywhere and took forever to get warm. Shower doors were falling off the wall. Having huge propaganda stickers in each room was also not a comfortable feeling. It’s also time to upgrade the keys. Too bulky to walk around with 3 keys and key chains.

The location is perfect for touring all around the old city, the market and the shops. So close to the tram line is a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The staff was responsive.

Only standing shower available, design of shower head facing causing water runs into the room, wetting floor. Only one basin, we double up with basin near kitchen top. Cupboard for clothing is small, few hangers that unable to detach. Too few wall hooks or hanger to place towels.

Good location. Very near eateries, pharmacy, market, bus and light rail stations. Helpful and friendly staff. Daily housekeeping. Comfortable beds. AC is strong enough to cold the entire suite for four of us.

Two small complaints- This is not too unusual for Israel but the bathroom shower needs better seal around the floor or glass door so water does not get everywhere. The building is older and obviously a lot of upgrades but this was the one negative inside the room. the buildings on the side of the hotel next to our large balcony are basically an eyesore which was disappointing view but not the fault of the owners obviously. Hopefully those properties will be upgraded someday soon in this lively area!

We could not have asked for a better location for enjoying Jerusalem’s city center. The staff was so nice- they upgraded us to a larger unit with a kitchen area and large balcony which we truly appreciated. The owners have clearly put care into renovating the building and it is very cute decor inside.

location is perfect for site seeing in Jerusalem! it is close to every major tourist destination. Communication is just right there (bus , tram ) Couple stores to buy food or drinks,bakery and ATM. Hotel is well maintained. Easy access from the street. Reception on 1st floor , there is always someone to help. Nice breakfast! coffe 24h good internet!
