The staff is amazing and helpful, with everything. The hotel and the room were very clean. Bay view from our porch - we got upgraded. 3 outdoor pools and one for kiddos . AMAZING Location, right in the middle of everything .

First and foremost, when we travel as a family - we tend to stay at high-end 5 star hotels. It's worth paying for the amenities and the comfort. At Royal Beach, we were able to enjoy a perfect-sized family suite with a large balcony (big enough for us to hang out/sit down) that had a commanding view of the Red Sea. The beds were comfy, the shower was AMAZING, the staff went above and beyond - and always with a smile and a commitment to making sure we were happy/got what we needed. Also, the location is perfect. You walk out of the hotel - right on to the beach and you are also right on the promenade that has a wide range of upscale/casual eating options - as well as a small supermarket to pick up sundry issues. One other side note - totally worth including the breakfast. It's very good and easiest way to launch right into the day.

The food at the pool area was overpriced and they should have had water by the fans to cool off. water coolers and garbages were not available enough. The seating in the pool area was not shaded enough. The facilities looked like they needed an update. We had a family room with a bathroom with no lock, which was inconvenient. No parking! My husband had to park a 10 min walk away from the hotel which is inconvenient in 45 degree weather...
The Breakfast is amazing, as in all Isrotel hotels. The pool itself is very nice. Nice room. Premier location.
