On day one, after we moved into our rooms, a couple knocked on our door saying they had been given the same keys to the same room! in fact, we had noticed a small bag in one of our rooms.... this actually belonged to them!!!They were extremely surprised, as were we! although this was worked out, we received no apology from the hotel! It took time to work out and was distressing as we were unsure if we would have to repack and move rooms. I would have expected some partial refund for this, or some other benefits

breakfast was excellent, plentiful and delicious. the view was exeptional and the room very comfortable! The porch was large and shaded, and beds were comfortable. There are not many rooms on each floor, which means that you dont feel that you are in an overpopulated and super busy hotel. Even in mid summer!

The couch was not very comfortable and the TVs were old and didn't function well. One had netflix, but you couldn't log in. Only basic cable was available.

Staff were excellent. Sea view is breathtaking. We were upgraded and given complimentary fruit and wine. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

* The balcony floor was not clean (I believe it was not cleaned for a long time). As a result my daughter's clothes were brown after she sat on the floor for a few minutes. The staff tried to fix it and cleaned it every day (during my stay). * The pool is sometimes opened later than it should and there is a delay with towels. * The breakfast room is a little depressing (it is in the basement). The food is very average

- The lift to access the beach was not working, and the pool closes at 6 leaving no space for a group to watch the sunset or spend time socializing together by the water. - Omelet station at breakfast was from 9-10. Early risers and previous commitments for excursions made us have breakfast at 7:30 or 8am. So we couldn’t have fresh cooked eggs. - It may be a cultural trait for us, but Hospitality rules ask staff to engage the guests with smiles and friendly conversation. Also to be able to solve challenges in a timely manner. This aspect wasn’t present throughout the stay.

Location and the rooms were all suites with amazing water views.

booked it as it was an apt hotel. we bought 2 plates and a sharp knife and it was removed by the cleaners not replaced and not compensated. when I complained I was told the kitchen wasn’t for food as it’s kosher as are we. the breakfast was very disappointing. not up to the standard of other hotels I’ve stayed in in Israel. they ran out of bread a few times . bread in Israel is fabulous but they just bought low grade and no choices.

Amenities. There was no room service or shop for incidentals One of the bathrooms had water coming up thru the tiles The housekeeping was spotty and inconsistent There could have been a quiet area for adults at breakfast.

The televisions - though they have HDMI and usb ports, these didn't work. So was unable to link laptop to them to display content brought. The resolutions and picture were weak compared to what is available these days!!!

Breakfast was a bit simple for Israeli standards.
