This is not the first time we have been to this hotel, and it is always a good place to relax, the staff is friendly and professional, the room is always clean and tidy, there is a wonderful spa center, great food, there is access to the sea, a wonderful administrator in the lobby, we really like it here!

The fact that I can’t live there

The place was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is prime. Staff was amazing and super nice. I do really recommend to stay there and the pool was yabba dabba doo.

The veg meals at the restaurant (Saturday night) were weak. the meat meals were very good but the veg were very disappointing.

The breakfast was good with great atmosphere. the staff were very nice.

The property is excellent, quiet, good food, and very peaceful. The staff is courteous. We love Liat, who runs the hotel.

The staff made a real effort to create a feeling of luxury and pampering—-very solicitous, kind, and pleasant. It was also an opportunity to spend some quiet time in a lovely and “private feeling “ facility.

It was not easy to sign to the room drinks and we were requested to pay at the time we received the drinks.

I enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Breaskfast was delicious and the chef provided pancakes when asked, even when not on the menu. The grounds and spa facility were well kept and beautiful. The room was so comfortable and the bath towels were luxerious.

Some waiters , not more than 2, in the restaurant were not 'trained' properly, they spoke with us as we were old friends and the same age.

Really good and delicious breakfast, the location is perfect for us. The spa was, as usually, excellemt.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, from the courteous doorman to the professional reception, and the amazing manager who was on site and catered to our every need. Absolutely a pleasure visiting the Herods Vitalis and will be back for sure very soon!

Second time we were staying at this hotel and the stay was excellent even more than previous one. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, the hotel is VERY clean, the SPA is very nice and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. We will definitely return and we highly recommend.

The property was absolutely fine.

We were being hosted during war time, so there were many displaced people in the area and at Herod’s Palace, but Liat made sure that we were well cared for on every level—-comfort, meals, accommodations…absolutely everything.

The parking options near the hotel can be improved. You can either park really close to the entrance but you will have to pay in a daily basis, or park at an underground free parking (with elevator right into the hotel) but it is a little messy there and crowded with storage.

Very peaceful, good facilities, food was good as well. The crew was approachable and answer all our questions. The room is nice and cozy, we had a nice balcony with sea view. The Spa was also good.

We experienced communication difficulties with some staff. An example would be that at checkin, it was never mentioned that suite key holders can access a private lounge on the 11th floor for lunch, high tea and drinks. We only heard about this on the last day of our stay, which makes you feel slightly done in.

Great location, pool facilities and spa. The food and beverage teams are outstanding in all the restaurants. The rain suite was like having an in-room spa. The half board package is more than normally expected.

Aircons are a little bit noisy, but it did not disturb us much

Best service I have ever got in Israeli hotel, absolutely wonderful team and especially manager Vladimir! He made our vacation totally exceptional. Thank you very much. Also the outlook of the hotel seems to be much better than others in Eilat. Rooms are very cozy, beds are great, bathrooms are spacious and view is wonderful. Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau. Love it and recommend it!
