Dining room was loudly and unpleasant. The food was good. Parking area was far and hard to go to every time needed. That must change.

The breakfast and dinner menu was the same every night. It could do with a little change to the variety. But as mentioned - I would categorize this hotel as a family friendly hotel - so don't expect super high level cuisine.

I would categorize this as a family friendly hotel. So this is a place you could bring your kids to and let them run around and safely enjoy the open spaces. The staff were incredible: the dining room staff, receptionists, cleaning staff were all friendly, patient and professional. This is saying a lot because I went at the busiest time of year in school holiday when the place was packed with little kids and I never saw a single staff member losing his or her patience. I was blown away. The rooms are new and clean. The grounds are well kept. The location is amazing, Quiet and close enough to towns and attractions in northern Israel.

Be carefull when you order. With the vat ! My price was vat written included .I gave my Israeli id nr at the order and pretend that they didn’t t included because my booking app is Belgian ( I moved to Israel 2 years ago)

We loved everything about our stay. There was something for everyone. Fun activities at night. Lots of entertainment for the kids even though the adults and older kids spent most of the day by the pool. The pool was a huge highlight! Very relaxed vibe! Good music and excellent lifeguard! The lifeguard was so friendly but also took his job seriously and we really loved being greeted every day by him! We loved our stay at Hacienda and won't hesitate to book again!

There was nothing a didn’t like and in general I tend to be pretty critical.

Loved everything about this property. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing. Food was delicious with lots of choices. Staff are friendly and extremely client oriented. Kids activities every day and always different. This is my new favorite hotel. Didn’t want to leave.

The refrigerator in our room didn't work well and we had to throw out some food when we left.

We were just thrilled with the hotel. The meals were excellent. The staff were extremely generous with us, even providing us with water bottles, wine, chocolates and luxury soap. We were especially grateful and impressed that we were permitted to stay on the grounds even after we had checked out. We definitely took advantage of that and spent two more hours at the pool. The hotel staff kindly held onto our bags.

Some upgrading could be an improvement, but nothing was bad.

Setting is beautiful, comfortable, idyllic. The surrounding mountains brought tranquility. The facility is east to navigate. Meals are excellent, especially breakfast. The pool is magnificent. The staff helped us and was cordial. We liked that they let us use the grounds and pool for the day that we checked out. We liked the multicultural atmosphere, Jewish and Arab families sharing a lovely hotel.

Still need to work on friendliness of some staff. Front desk are great but others still need work.

The hotel has recently been refreshed since I was there 4 years ago and the new manager is working hard on customer service which has improved a lot. Still need to work on some staff but way better under new management. The grounds are beautiful with a great pool and spa area. I love the location it's perfect for me being close to my friends house.

I liked the fact that the first day the manager Amir called me personally to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything to please call him. I stayed here 4 years ago and he's really worked on upgrading the customer service and it's a lot better than it was. The location is great and the grounds are beautiful.

Hacienda Forest View Hotel is a fantastic place! I have been there with my wife + 1. Everything is incredible! Starting from the food, WIFI, and the staff (Specially Liora from reception) → but really everyone was pleasant! The swimming pool is beautiful with many places to enjoy and relax together with a great landscape. In addition, the landscape area inside the hotel is amazing! many places to relax and enjoy nature together with great food, great service, and facilities such as a basketball court, MiniGolf, and other activities for kids and adults.

My suggestion to the hotel's management is to heat the public areas of the hotel in the winter - especially the dining room.

The hotel is a real gem, an oasis of calm and a great place for a getaway!

There was a very unpleasant situation in the bathroom - the plumbing did not work properly. The water in the sink did not go down, sometimes dirt arose from the drain. In addition the flush in the toilet was too weak. When I used the toilet brush, to my horror, it was filthy from previous guests. Absolutely disgusting!!! It almost ruined our experience. We informed the staff immediately and it was taken care of in the morning at our requet. I would have thought that we would have received some kind of compensation for such a horrific experience. None was offerred.

The location, the grounds, the room design were all very pleasing. The staff was courteous and willing to please.

The hotel is a little dated and could use an update in certain areas. I'm sure that this will happen at some point but I figure that it's part of its charm. The room could have done with a sofa (it had two comfortable chairs). Bed linens were okay but not top notch. Facilities for kids (we did not have ours with us) were a little bit limited.

I booked the Hacienda as I was looking for a hotel in the north of the country to have a relaxed weekend in after running th Tiberias marathon. The Hacienda is a slightly older hotel which I felt was reasonably priced in comparison with the top tier hotels in that part of the world. I wanted something that was kosher and included half board, and would be comfortable. Check in was friendly and fast. Meals were tasty with an excellent variety of dishes on offer. Nothing that was absolutely superb but certainly very solid. Room was comfortable. Nespresso, kettle, big flat screen, Wi-Fi, large shower, safe. Grounds were pleasant. In short - very positive stay.
