This was a truly wonderful getaway, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Nestled in a magical natural setting, the hotel is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes that inspire a sense of peace and renewal from the very first moment. The hotel is designed gorgeously - every detail feels thoughtfully chosen, both luxurious and cozy. The food was fresh and delicious - we are both on different diets and could find ourselves easily among the variety. The service was exceptional - warm, attentive, genuinely kind people who were always happy to help and made everything feel effortless. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the energy of the place. We felt completely recharged, as if the hotel itself had a healing, positive vibe that stayed with us for long after. Will definitely want to visit again.

The sauna wasn't turned on in the late morning when we came to use it and the hot tub was only filled up half way. In addition, the pool staff were constantly on speaker phone talking and it was very disruptive.

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The electric car charging station was very convenient for us.

Pool was freezing and jacuzzi was way way too hot. Food used to be amazing. Now it's ok. They stopped offering main courses of your choice at dinner which was nice in the past.

Certain pathways didn't have lamps on so we had to watch our steps at night.

The hotel is set high up on the mountain affording guests a great view. The amenities are great as well as the food. Amazing atmosphere and ambience.

The main pool was a bit cold. there was some weird smell just outside the reception. the food lacked some spices (but overall it was good).

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing, big, clean, and mostly private. the staff was very kind, especially Osnat the manager. we had a great time. free drinks in the lounge 24/7. There was a special cocktail party for the holiday with great sweets and fruits.

Gorgeous, clean and luxurious. Nice view, and away from city noise. Nice not to have kids around. Highly recommend.

Entering the property was a little difficult for us, we were very tired and could not figure out how to get the gates to open, luckily a staff member was in the car behind us 🤣
