Everything was good the food and the staff was great especially לאת ❤️ she was great and helped with checking in and all time was calling us to check us that everything is oky and she give us presents for my wife and a lot of thanks us

Beautiful beach, delicious food and nice staff members

The lobby was crowded and a bit noisy

The staff were amazing! We were welcomed to the hotel by leat, she helped us to have an amazing time during our stay. The food was great, lots of options for everyone’s taste

The location was great, with a private beach for hotel guests. Before our arrival, a woman named Liat called us and said that if we needed anything, we should contact her directly rather than the reception. It felt a little unusual at first. But when we arrived, she called again and asked us to meet her — and she gave a gift to my wife. Later, we needed some extra bed linen, so I asked her, and it was provided very quickly. So thank you, Liat!

The rest of the staff was not very good. When we arrived, no one informed us about the amenities or their hours — not for the pool, not for the meals. In the dining room, the staff was not pleasant at all. Everyone was yelling. We had an all-inclusive package, but the beer ran out in the dining room, and later the iced coffee was also gone.

Amazing! So convenient! Great place, great swimming pool, we paid for one night, but enjoyed the hotel and food/drinks both days

The service was great It’s great hotel for kids to enjoy

The all-inclusive experience was great for our family with little kids. We enjoyed unlimited access to buffet meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the day - popsicles by the pool were a big hit with the kids. The hotel had water slides that were enjoyed by the older kids. There was a small kiddie pool for the little ones. The hotel was situated right by the beach - we didn't have to cross streets or anything.

The facilities were a bit dated. The food was ok - the food was plentiful but wasn't great.

Loved the indoor salt pool. Loved the pool deck. Had a wonderful room with balcony. Shlomit was so helpful and explained what we could do At the hotel. She was wonderful

Elevators and food

Shlomit was extremely helpful, hospitable and pleasant - always there to help for anything you need. Many kudos to her!🙏 Hotel itself is amazing if you want a place to rest without a care in the world. Clean, a lot of food everywhere and at all times 😀
