The facilities were a bit dated. The food was ok - the food was plentiful but wasn't great.

The all-inclusive experience was great for our family with little kids. We enjoyed unlimited access to buffet meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the day - popsicles by the pool were a big hit with the kids. The hotel had water slides that were enjoyed by the older kids. There was a small kiddie pool for the little ones. The hotel was situated right by the beach - we didn't have to cross streets or anything.

the bath is draining very slowly, the toilet doeant flush properly unless you take the top off and do it manually and lastly a few sockets dont work.

the seperate room for the bed, air con works great and theres also one in the room. staff are great. the arcade area is fun and the drink and cocktails were a delight.

It's a solid family all inclusive getaway, not a romantic couples retreat :) The hotel has been around a while, it operates and functions smoothly with friendly staff, but as far as modern look and feel, manage expectations.

This is an excellent choice for families, where the holiday is centered around giving the kids a good time. Plenty of bonus things, like unlimited slushies and ice pops, surprise treats, and slides/entertainment at the pool. Responsive staff. Plus, a nice spa area for adults if you can leave your kids alone. Plus, private hotel beach! Perhaps the only one in the area. That alone is a huge help accessing the Dead Sea easily and anytime.

The hotel has to invest more in the so called "all inclusive " - our neighbors in the Mediterranean know to do that much better. It's a pity.

The personal is very friendly. The guest relations representative Shlomit is awesome! The entertainment team was quite good, especially the "Mirror" show.

Crowds in the Dead Sea pool. Leaking water on the beds in the Sulphur pool room. Not much Vegan protein options at the meals.

The clean was bad in the room also in corder , my reservation was all inclusive the didn’t but to my water in my room the giving u bottle for all the to family 5 persons and u must take it from the par , i pay for the night 570 $ so expanse’s don’t deserve for this service , the staff ask me to rate the hotel 10 I don’t like that also

The hotel is a little bit old. One of the water slides wasn't working. The pool was freezing in December.

Good facilities for a family weekend away. Proximity to dead sea was great. All inclusive bar was great. Food was good. Dining room was extremely busy over shabbat. Entertainment was also nice. Indoor spa is good.

Excellent location right on the beach with direct access.Little . Grounds around the pool spacious.The rooms we had all had balcony and a good view of the sea. The indoor Salt water pool was fun and the sauna.

The chairs near the pool could have been cleaner and more comfortable. Also, the kids' activity near the pool was so loud for two hours it really ruined the morning. We left the pool, went to our rooms 10 stories up, closed the doors, windows, and everything, and it was still so loud. I asked them to lower it but they refused. It was for 10 kids they ruined the morning for 200 adults....

Excellent food, excellent manager and staff (Shlomit is excellent!!), great value for price, nice pool and beach area, it really is all inclusive with tons of food during meals and drinks all day.
