The beds weren't so comfortable and the room seems to be outdated a bit, but nothing too bad at all

The staff were great. The rooms well, could use some more esthetical fixes I think and a lamp near the bed didn't work. the place is nice and the breakfast was totally fine (I don't know I expected even less on Saturday but I was happy to be wrong)

Internet didn't work in room. Closet broken, but we just stayed one night so it didnt really bother. No freezer. No view from room.

Great location, 4 minutes walk from Central bus station, and from the city boardwalk and to the Kinneret. Many eating places and stores nearby. Room cleanliness was very good. Fridge bigger than usual, helpful. Lovely porch on top floor with view of the Kinneret. Great value for price, great decision we made, just had one night on the way up north. Helpful and kind reception desk, Lovely manager.

We paid extra money for better room. The room was dull, and loud from the street. we did not have warm water to shower, the towels were old and disgusting. We Asked for new one's. We did receive new ones. All the manatee was poor and cheap so I don't think I will recommend this hotel , sorry.

My room was facing the street and it was very noisy. I was right next to the lift and it made a loud groaning noise whenever it was in use.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Location is good, a short walk to the shops and the lake.

Newly renovated, everything was gleaming. The location was great, surrounded by eating places, 2 minutes from bus station, close to the sea. They upgraded me from basic double room to a bigger more luxurious one.

It was a great stay, in terms of the room as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I can definitely recommend the place - and on my next visit to Tiberias, I will definitely try and book this hotel again.

In Booking it says "free parking", but actually it's paid parking between 8am to 8pm and free overnight (8pm to 8am). They can get better with the cleaning of bed sheets.

The breakfast starts at 8:00am, and I needed to be at work on 7:30, the receptionist saw that I was upset about it and without that I asked she organized that I will get early breakfast.

Suited my needs completely. I needed a room to stay the night after a wedding in Tiberius. E everything was clean The A/c worked v well and the room, though small was up to date in its fixtures and fittings i.e.shower, toilet etc. They even supplied shampoo, body lotion etc.

The tv was a little outdated.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very nice - had a fridge and a coffee station. It had all the necessary toiletries and the bed was very comfortable. Also it was very close to all kind of attractions and restaurants. Just a great place overall

- Breakfast from 8am, it was inconvenient for us as we worked from 8. But we were lucky as there was a group of tourists at that time and breakfast was served from 7am. - The breakfast is a bit meager but quite enough to start the day.

-The staff is great - The condition of the room is excellent - Daily cleaning, towels changed every time - It was quiet, no one was making noise in the hotel - Overall not a bad breakfast
