The service, the receptionist were extremely friendly and efficient to solve any issues. The location is extraordinary. And the coffee was wonderful.

The room was not really ready. The heat was not working - there was no soap and the kitchen did not have any sugar. This was taken care of the next day

I was not told that there was no direct entrance to the hotel. The taxi from the airport left you off about 5 minutes away and you had to take your suitcases to the hotel and then I were placed in another building nearby. If you have a lot of luggage, this is not good and I would not have taken this hotel if I knew this. Worse, I did not know until I arrived at the airport that you had to be at the hotel by 5PM - they asked for your arrival time but did not tell you that if you arrived after 5PM, you had to go to another site about 7 minute walk from the hotel ( with all your luggage) to pay and get the key and then come back to the hotel. This would work if you have minimal luggage but not if you come from overseas with 2 suitcases and a carry-on. I only was able to deal with this because I made it to the hotel by 4:50 and I had my son with me. This needs to be placed in the booking site. I never would have taken this hotel if I knew this

Location - in the centre, on the main street in Jerusalem, facilities - perfect - cleanliness -super, receptionist - helpful and very friendly

Great location in downtown Jerusalem. A short walk to everywhere or the train for longer distances. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a long stay.
