I don't like to be negative about the place as it was good value. But the shower and toilet area stank and I think the whole property needed it's drains cleaned perhaps.

Proximity to beach was unbeatable and the porch area with sun lounger at front of room a nice addition. The bed was comfortable and the TV actually worked and had apps (more luxurious hotels I've found often don't!).

Where to begin, they are terrible at replying, I wanted to check in early or even drop my stuff off and there was no reply. The place is a black small building next to the beach, once checked in I arrived to my room and pieces from the wall were coming off what looked like mold or just the wall was falling apart, the room was tiny, the bathroom was dark and I could barely have a shower because the drain don’t know how or why but it was above the ground, so I couldn’t push the sand into it. Had to explain. Overall don’t recommend happy I only stayed one night.

The bed was hard as a rock. It’s the hardest bed I ever slept on. It gave me pain throughout my body . There is a little outside area but the chairs are so uncomfortable too. There was nowhere comfortable to even sit down . For 3 days they gave us only two towels between my husband and I . There never seemed to be enough toilet paper and gave us two tiny travel soaps for 3 days between us. Two members of staff walked in our room without even knocking. I could have been naked. And then he went touching my bed in the room . It was strange and inappropriate. One staff member was keep assisting we don’t smoke in the room , although we never smoked. Also , there were people making messes in the shared kitchen and not cleaning it . Also drunk people playing loud music and screaming out the window. Honestly, the place was so comfortable I wouldn’t stay for free. I’m sure jail is more comfortable.

The rooms were not ready at the time of check-in (15:00). We needed to wait several more hours for the rooms to get ready (cleaned). The staff was not helpful and kept saying that this is all because it is Saturday. There were many other guests with the same issue as us. After finally checking in with such a delay, the rooms were in terrible condition - the published pictures do not correspond with reality. It was very dirty, smelly, hair in the bed/on the mattrace, dirty walls, dust everywhere and terrible smell from the sink. In more than 10 years of booking accomodation this was the far worst experience.

The paper thin walls - couldn't sleep as next door the girls were talking - just talking, not shouting. The basically-see-through curtains so the room was bright at 6am. I didn't realise when booking that the toilets and showers were separate to the room.
