The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is great and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach, cafes. Dizengoff centre for shopping is a short distance away. Complimentary coffee, tea and iced water in the lobby.

There was a bit of dust behind and under the bed, but we truly appreciate the kind upgrade to a sea-view room — it was a lovely gesture and didn’t go unnoticed. While the window could have been cleaner, which slightly affected the view, we recognize the efforts of the staff and are grateful for their hospitality throughout our stay.

Best location near the beach! Great place near many markets, and excellent restaurants with extraordinary view, luxury buffet, professional stuff. Good competitor with justifiable and fair price. I thank Rafael at the check in and Yana at the checkout for taking care of our stay!

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes from the beach and the main streets with bars and restaurants. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception desk. Will book this hotel again for sure.

Roadworks in the street in front of the hotel make difficult to arrive with heavy luggage and make noisy the environment. A bit too expensive but Tel Aviv is one of the most costly towns in the world.

I had booked the room for my wife visiting relatives in Israel. The hotel is very comfortable, the personnel helpful and the location extremely convenient. My wife has been enthusiast of the very rich and assorted breakfast in the morning.

This is not a criticism of the hotel but there was a lot of construction work going on outside - building/extending the rapid rail.....it'll be done in a year or so and convenient travel outside....so a plus...no noise in the hotel

1. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't interact much with the staff and checked in online. But, upon arrival, the receptionist, Sofia I think is her name, told us we were upgraded to a better room with a sea view. So that was a nice little surprise. Plus she was so nice and you could tell she does her job passionately. 2. Can't say a thing about the hotel facilities, simply because we didn't use them. but I saw the gym and the sauna; they're rather small. Just a couple of treadmills and kettlebells. The terrace on the third floor is quite nice. Just don't expect any view or something. 3. The hotel is well maintained, cleaning-wise. The rooms as well. I just think whoever did our bathroom didn't finish the job. Nothing serious or something, I just think it could've been better cleaned. 4. Tel Aviv at this time is being "renovated" and you can see cranes at every corner and as far as your eyes can see. We didn't hear that much noise at all, but then again, we stayed on the 10th floor. The roads leading to the hotel are either blocked or narrow and it's almost impossible to find a parking space. The nearest parking lot to the hotel is the "Eidlson" which is less than a minute's walk. The price is 80 shekels for a whole day till 08:00 AM the next morning. So if you parked your car at 22:00 and you're still there at 08:01. that's 80 shekels. After which the price switches to 30 shekels for an hour and 5 shekels for every 15 minutes after that. The Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant and to get there you need to exit the hotel and walk to the right wing of the hotel. No biggie. 5. The breakfast. Most important meal of the day. The hotel helps you get that healthy start to your day. The coffee is one of the best I had. And let's cut to the chase. The selection is not that wide. But, and I do mean this, everything that they do have is feakin' good.

Our first room had an electrical problem and we were moved to a room with a partial sea view which was nice. The hotel was clean with a pleasant "quirky" design the staff were super friendly and the location was great for us, compared to the area the price was excellent. BY14 TLV Keep up the good work :)

The rooftop and the gym are not so nice as looked in the pictures, and the shower was not completely closed, so the water get out while showering.

The room was small but clean and good enough, the staff was friendly, and the location is good, close to a beach and relatively central. Great breakfast!

breakfast used to be better -- when I stayed at your hotel in the past there was more selection, for example, there used to be smoked fish, and freshly squeezed orange juice, and more menu selections.

loved the location close to the beach; love the fact that you have bicycles for guests to ride around the city, but the two hour time limit was too restricting, for example the time allowed should be increased maybe to six or seven hours so that I can cycle to the museum for the afternoon.
