I didn't have any issues during my stay. Everything was as advertised and the staff was very helpful. The facilities were clean and up-to-date. The restaurant was good and parking/groceries/restaurant options all worked out.

The host was very friendly and helped when I had issues with a pre-arranged tour (which wasn't even through the hotel). The included breakfast was excellent (buffet and menu-based) and was brought out promptly, which was important to me based on the timing of other activities. The room was comfortable and the wifi service was good. Free parking was available on the street and at a public parking lot close to the hotel. A small grocery store just down the street was handy. There were a few restaurant options nearby, but they filled up in the evening. The hotel has a restaurant and reached out before my check-in date to offer restaurant reservations before they were offered to the public, to give guests first choice. I'd recommend doing that if staying here.

The pillows in the room were lumpy and I woke up with a stiff neck.

We loved our room. It looked out over the harbour and was spacious, so comfortable. Nice to have tea and coffee facilities, and a bathtub. The kingsized bed was also fabulous. We were also very impressed with the restaurant, the food was excellent. Breakfast was so good with many options, and we enjoyed our dinner as well. Linda at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations and was sooo delicious! There were numerous selections and made to order- best breakfast ever!

Across the road from skellig mikhail departure. Tidy, clean, good breakfast and lovely staff (and good comms on very late arrival - keys held at the bar for us). Helpful at reception. Rooms as in pictures but actually seemed a bit nicer.

I can't fault anything, it was an excellent stay and we will be back most certainly.

Everything! From our lovely welcome at check in to our spotless and super comfortable room, to our delicious dinner and then the craic in the bar. The staff were all so helpful, polite, and friendly, they really made the whole experience wonderful for us. Jacob, Ben, Matthew, and Renee were particularly good to us, they're a real credit to the hotel.

    All good.

The hotel was vintage but quite nice and clean. The bonus, of course, was the seafood restaurant--amazing! In fact the anticipation of the seafood restaurant was frankly the draw for my booking this hotel and we were absolutely not disappointed! This was the best of all of our Ireland visit!
