Some parts of the hotel looked a little tired in places, but these were minimal and not that noticeable. I booked this hotel for access to the Ring of Kerry. That was a mistake as it was quite a drive to get there, and then the time to drive round it and back to the hotel. I would not bother with Limerick itself so unfortunately have no reason to return to this hotel.

The photos of the hotel looked impressive but they were nothing compared to the real thing. A real pleasant surprise. I was disappointed with the town of Limerick and at that point did not have high hopes. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Travelling with two children the bunk beds went down a treat, and the swimming pool was welcoming and warm. The area behind the hotel was a highlight with the animals. It is a large area and was an enjoyable walk. The addition of a kids club was great although we did not utilise it on this stay. Dinner was enjoyable and tasty, and the breakfast was delicious with a really good choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bus Transfers organised by the Radisson to and from the concert we attended was excellent and reasonably priced.

Being told at reception that you had to pay 15 euros each hour for earlier check in. It's a cash grab and disgusting as it's overpriced for one night as it is

The food was ok. We were expecting more from the breakfast. I had ordered scrambled eggs on soda farl with smoked salmon. The soda farl was very hard and the smoked salmon was cheap.

Staff were very accommodating and nice manner about them. All staff were very friendly and ready to help. The place was also clean.

The weather was surprisingly hot and there was no air conditioning in the room....only 1 small fan provided. It would have been good to have atleast 2 fans in the room. Air-conditioning would have been best though.

The bathroom in the room was a bit old, the toilet was leaking. It was really warm in the room, no air con.

We loved the location, outside Limerick but close enough if you’re driving. Because it’s outside the city it is really quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Good choice for breakfast. Really good restaurant.

The bed pillows were very firm, making it difficult to sleep. I know that sounds nitpicky, but it is kind of a big deal when you are there to sleep.

the food was not good. The booking process through booking.com was also bad as they took 3 additional payments that were not linked to this booking and for other hotels. My bank reimbursed the monies immediately but I had to cancel my card. Booking.com would not comment without seeing an official bank statement, I did send a screenshot of the transactions. I would not send my bank statement to the same people that took money without authorization from my account. I will not use booking.com again

Nothing about the property. But not having Tartar sauce with a fish dish was indescribable. Fobbed off with mayonnaise tut tut.

I like the location as it was a bit out of town. Lovely setting and surroundings that the hotel has cleverly managed
