Room was very warm. We slept on top of the bed with the windows open so room could benefit from some air con or fans.

Very clean and spacious room. Great bathroom good powerful show. Beautiful breakfast with plenty of choices.

Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer.

Location-15 mins walk to Trinity. Breakfast was pretty good but is buffet, so kept warm with heat lamps. Also stayed Merrion Road and breakfast was far better at Pearse St.

The second night the room was so warm we had to leave the windows open and the street noise woke us up.

Great location for visiting Dublin. Our family room was comfortable as were the beds. We enjoyed a great hot shower in the spacious bathroom. We were happy to be able to park our car in underground carpark nearby and to be able to leave it there for a couple of hours after check-out. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was situated close to several sandwich shops, cafes and mini-supermarkets making it very convenient for buying portable lunches/snacks for onward journeys.

Good location, but the staff does not make you feel welcomed.

The breakfast does not have a lot of choice. Staff, especially at the reception seems bothered by the guests' queries. Also, the hotel refused to accept 200EUR and 500 EUR note citing the "law". Only after I explained that there is no such law, the staff cited their internal policies. One would think that when the hotel costs 300 EUR a night (and our bill in total was 1,4k EUR), paying with such notes would not be a problem.

Good location, the city centre is a walk away.

Some rooms do not have AC, which is not clear online, meanwhile lobby has ample AC. Not as central to the main tourist attractions, but still in walkable area, especially if visiting Trinity College Dublin. Considering cost, expected a bit more.

    Kind staff, good buffet breakfast.

Area is not safe. We were attacked (spit on) by local element, had to call the police. Don't walk in the area, even if you are a couple.

Hotel is clean and nice, for Ireland standards. Good breakfast with gluten free corner.
