There was no fan extractor in the bathroom. No aircon in the room. There was a fan but the room was very warm with two kids with us too. I appreciate the weather was quite warm this weekend so that probably didn’t help.

We didn't like some of the Bar Staffs attitude. 2 of the experience staff did not interact well with the Customers. They showed no matters when money was handed over for drinks,like a thank you or not even a smile.

It was unusually warm so we had the windows open in out room. The fans on the flat roof outside were noisy especially 1st thing in the morning.

Everything was excellent

We booked last minute as we stopped in Mullingar town on our way back to Dublin. The weather was close to 30° and we had a 3 month old baby with us so decided to stay. From start to finish it was excellent! The hotel itself, the food, the bar, the garden area, everything was absolutely brilliant but above all were the staff. They couldn't do enough for us. We had spent the previous night in a "5 star venue" in another county and this hotel was head and shoulders above it in every aspect. We cannot wait to return

The Chinese restaurant that is connected to the hotel was awful. The food was not cooked through, and my husband's Rengdang tasted like it was made with McDonnell Curry sauce. Our food came out very quickly which doesn't fill one with hope that it's cooked fresh. Go to the town for food, there are better options.

The service is in food areas such as the bar and restaurant very slow. There was a lot of staff, but they were mostly running around looking busy but actually not getting any work done. The restaurant was particularly bad. Saturday night had max of 15 covers (including 2 of us) and it took 15 mins to get the mains ordered. The empty plates were sitting for 10/15mins and the concierge was hiding in the back, only popping his head out. There were two lads setting tables but only behind the dining area (again only looking busy). Then after getting the dessert menu and waiting a further 20 mins for the waitress to come back to us. We just did we would leave it. I wouldn’t like to see how hectic it would be with a fully booked night. Food was grand, little pricey for the lack of presentation, but overall wasn’t bad.

It’s beautiful hotel, the lobby and the decor is very stylish. Great pool and leisure area. The reception ladies were very helpful and had a swift check-in; they even managed to get us a room early.

We had a fabulous big tripple room, and a fan in the room !! Bliss ! Had a get together with a group of 10 friends and had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant and a very attentive Darko who anticipated our every need !! Made the evening very special!! Lovely breakfast the next morning !
