IrelandI ordered a coffee but never received it at dinner. I ordered a veggie breakfast, but it was anything exceptional- a bit disappointing. The rooms appeared’tired and dated’ and less luxurious than other hotels. Also we felt under pressure to check out as the room cleaning staff knocked on the door at 11.00 am, even though check out was 12 midday.
The location, the scenery, and the food in the glass house area was lovely.

IrelandWe had booked the thermal suites and there were no robes or slippers provided. As a spa hotel I found this surprising. I asked at the spa if we could get a robe each as we wanted to return to our rooms afterwards without changing and was told this was only available to those who had treatments. For 25€ per person surely a robe could be provided. It meant for the relaxation room we were wrapped in a wet towel and it left what should have been a lovely experience completely down.
Beautiful room and lovely hotel. Food was delicious. The thermal suites are a lovely option.

United StatesThe room was on the 4th floor and unfortunately got quite hot. The air conditioning didn’t seem to make much of a difference, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The bed was decent but not the most comfortable I’ve slept on.
The thermal spa was very nice, relaxing and not overcrowded, which made for a peaceful experience. The included continental breakfast also offered a great variety of options and was a pleasant surprise. The bar was also a very nice addition.

The spa was lovely. We could use it twice (once each day) for the €25 hotel guest rate. It had a wonderful range of pools, rooms and facilities. The food and drinks in the lounge restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was of great standard.
