Cleanliness and quietness of the place. Bernice is very friendly and welcoming. Location is near to the city.

Very comfortable and homely feeling. Bernice was super friendly, giving heaps of good advice of what’s happening in the local area. She was very interested in what we had done also which was really nice. Her homemade cooking was really good, especially her banana bread.

We loved everything about this place. The rooms are clean and cosy, the breakfast was better than we expected, and the location is excellent. Bernice, one of the owners, was super kind and helpful. She made sure we felt welcomed and gave us plenty of suggestions for our visit into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and we would love to come back.

Modern, purpose built house with high quality fixtures and fittings and well thought out visitors breakfast area. Bernice was very friendly and helpful and her food was mainly home made.

Only minor niggle was you had to drive into town.

Make sure you check you have a room at the back of the hotel , Unfortunately, ours was at the front. The hotel is on a main road and the Traffic noise woke me at 05;30 1st day 6am on the next!! Not really ideal when you are on holiday!! Really disappointed as everything else was great.

The building is new, cozy and the rooms is well equipped and comfortable. Bernice, the host, is extremely nice, attentive and very helpful with turistic information on the area. The breakfast made me feel like at home and I would have been very happy to stay longer

Position is not walking distance from the town, but very convenient with the car

Absolutely spotless fresh and not 1 fault. Everything looks brand new. Continental breakfast was perfect. Just a small thing the mirror in the bathroom is definitely the best I've seen for doing make up. I've stayed in top hotels and always have the same complaint not enough light in the bathroom or even the room. Bernice a wonderful host. Every thing 💯.

Good location, easy to find, less than 10 min drive from town centre. Very helpful host. Very clean and spacious room. Relatively good breakfast with many homemade stuff.

Clean and nice rooms , but bit far out from town and was expecting hot breakfast , could have not read review properly but breakfast included I always taught a fry , but is a nice place

You could really feel that everything was taking care of with a lot of detail and love! The breakfast was amazing, we felt like at home. Everything was perfect :) Would return and recommend to friends and family!

Renovated, modern and spacious accommodation that still feels homely. Bernice is lovely and a talented baker. She was welcoming and had a lot of advice on how to navigate Killarney. Breakfast was a spread of fresh and delicious homemade baked treats, vegan included. Our stay was relaxing and a short drive away from Killarney National Park.

Bernice is so friendly and helpful. She greeted us at the door and we discussed our plans for our time there and she helped us to fine tune it. The kitchen facilities were so cute and her homemade goodies were great.

For us a very convenient location to visit Killarney National Park (a few minutes drive). Easy to find & access. Very nice & comfortable room. Good breakfast. A kind host. Friendly & carring.

It was obvious the owner put considerable thought into everything. I wish all the places we stayed were at this level.
