The villa was massive, so incredibly spacious and very clean! Location was also so ideal, just a quick 3 minute walk to food and another 5 or so minute walk to lots of shopping options and obviously more food. We were really impressed by the convenience! It was also really easy to find. The staff were so friendly and had really great communication! We had an issue where the pool turned yellow for some reason, they came back immediately and fixed it (turned out it was just because too much chlorine had been added to the water). Very efficiently handled!

The drain in bathroom number 3 was a bit smelly but was seen to by the staff so that was great.

Great location, perfect for a group, lovely to come back to at the end of the day. Pool was really nice.

The garden is great with massive Palms that create a great effect and make things very private, But they also shade the pool and deck area so you have to move around a bit to chase the direct sun and at this time of year (June) the sun is at lowest point and was out of the courtyard by mid/late afternoon. The lane is dark in a few spots where there are no lights, there are security guards for the Alopa villas and many other security guards for other villas along the lane (who were all very friendly) so security / personal safety wasn't an issue but there are a few uneven bits along the lane (small pot holes and the like) which you just need to be mindful of when walking home at night.

The location was down a lane with a few turns in it, just off the main strip with all the shops and restaurants and cafe's or if you went the other way down the lane it was only 800m to the beach. The Villa is open to the air / garden and pool on the ground floor which we loved, tropical living at its best. We had the odd mosquito but when we used the coils supplied they were not a problem at all. We also had a bat that would swoop in from time to time at night which was pretty cool, some squirrels in the garden, plus the expected Geckos. The 3 bedrooms were upstairs with A/C and were large with big beds, great robe space and big bathrooms each. The kitchen was appointed well enough but with awesome cafes and restaurants 50m and the food so cheap we didnt cook anything but some toast. We had Rai cook us breakfast a few times which was also awesome, good food and she has such a lovely personality it made our mornings great, even if we did oversleep a few times.. Rai also was in charge of house keeping and that was exceptional, her crew including the gardener and pool man kept the place perfect for us (we really did nothing which felt a bit lazy but also luxurious). Ayu the manager organised a massages in the villa which we liked as its very cheap and private so we did that often, and she helped us with transferring money for a fishing trip and transfers etc. Overall it was exactly what we had hope for.

It took us a bit while to get used to the open air concept and the mosquito were very aggressive 😀but the staff did everything to support us.

It was a beautiful villa with very welcoming staff, the pool was amazing and so as the room with a private shower and toilet.

Some of the appliances need updated - as a tea lover we had to wait for ages for the kettle to boil. They are looking to replace appliances but that’s not a major fault

We as a family of 5 stayed at this villa and loved it. It was very comfortable, clean & spacious. The management team are excellent and can’t do enough for you. I’d highly recommend it. Location is really good too, 5mins walk max to Seminyak Beach and a lot of shops nearby. But you don’t get any noise if you’re just chilling at home.

The first night something went wrong with the ensuite shower/toilet and the smell was horrendous! We mentioned this to the staff and they said it was just the drain. But it was horrific.

It was gorgeous! The pool was cool, which was perfect for cooling off the Bali heat! The staff were friendly and helpful!

There’s not so much to dislike, maybe the walk out to the main road was a little far.

Property was excellent and spacious, rooms all had its attached bathrooms, location in Seminyak was great and staff were very helpful and friendly.

One of the ensuites didn’t have hot water so the couple had to use another couples bathroom for showers. The main bathrooms shower was coming away from the wall….. so don’t move shower head as scared it might fall to the ground.

We didn’t ask for breakfast but with full kitchen we could make our own for basic cereal and toast.
