Rooms are smaller in reality than advertised. Simply furnished (not even a chair in the room), no in-room fridge and very limited storage A/C unit in room not powerful enough. Room was damp with moisture stains in the corner. Only cold water to bathroom basin Not suitable for anyone with even mild mobility issues as hotel is on multiple levels with few ramps and no lifts. In-room Wi-Fi variable. We often ended up sitting in the library to get a good signal Breakfast choices were very limited: no cereal, no yogurt and apart from one daily pre-cooked egg dish no other protein. Precooked (under toasted) toast seemingly only offered on alternate days. Resolving maintenance issues seems not a priority Our shower mixer was not working properly - with a real risk of scalding. Looking back over previous guest reviews, this very issue in our room wad raised a few months ago - but no action taken.

Lovely setting in a former rice paddy farm. Grounds were beautiful. Excellent city centre location. A mere 6-8 min walk to the Main Street and old palace -yet it was superbly quiet. Bed was very comfortable and most staff were friendly and helpful.

Our bathroom wasn’t great - it smelled pretty bad (we bought incense from the stalls outside to help) and the shower was lacking. Our sons had a room upstairs which was much better with a beautiful balcony.

The grounds and gardens are beautiful, with flowers and pools everywhere. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. The yoga classes at 7.30 each morning are a great way to start the day and the pool and day beds offer welcome relief to the heat.

The rooms need to be refurbished but it did not bother us at all.

Location is excellent, close to the town centre and to tourist attractions, buy it was still quiet. The garden looked breathtaking and peacful. Staff were super kind and always somebody available to help. breakfast was delicious. We did not use the treatments.

The shower head was spraying in all directions wetting everything in the bathroom. And the wall mount kept popping out of the wall.

Close to the town centre, room was pleasent overall.

The grounds are very green, quiet and peaceful. There are two pools, one of them is surrounded by palm trees and rice paddies, it feels like paradise! Staff is always helpful and friendly.

In the room where I have stayed 31 the air condition was quiet noisy especially in the night when you’re super tired it becomes so irritating. Also the shower pressure not great and to adjust the temperature of water it’s quiet tricky… I burnt couple of times…

Good location even though it’s centric you can have silence and peaceful stay. You can hear the sound of the birds, insects, water flowing through the green fields, beautiful and peaceful ! Great breakfast, kind and friendly staff !

Everything was great

I have stayed at Ubud Sari 4 times now over several years. The program is fantastic and the supportive environment really helped me to achieve my health goals. I have found the serenity of Ubud the best way to support health changes. I have met some wonderful people over the years and the staff always welcome me back like a long lost friend. Its a really relaxed environment and the amazing vegetarian cafe brings everyone together to connect and share stories. The program works, and having easy access to the colonics clinic is great for detoxing and supporting real weight loss.

We had a lovely stay at Ubud Sari Health Resort. The room was clean, with fresh towels and daily housekeeping. Great location – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. The garden is beautiful, the food at the restaurant was very good , and the staff were all kind and welcoming.
