Reviews of Sitala Suite

Sitala Suites is located about 10 - 15 min moped ride outside of Ubud centre in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We stayed in a top floor room that was most lovely. It was a nice size with a big bathroom, a comfy bed with surround mosquito net, a big bathroom, a fabulous view out over the rooftops to trees and volcano in the distance, clean, had a little bar fridge and cupboard for clothes. We had a little patio with table and chair on the the other side. It was a lovely room to relax in, breezy and peaceful, and we could hear the birds singing in the morning. We stayed a week and could easily have stayed another week. The family staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fresh, tasty and substantial breakfast every morning. There was a pleasant swimming pool to take a cooling dip in. I can highly recommend Sitala Suites.

The staff Washington amazing. A family making you feel at home. They went above and beyond, and sitala suite is a little heaven close to ubud. We cannot thenk you enough. They waited for us first night till very late cause of our flight, and then made us diner a few nights because our tours were very early and we couldn't have breakfast. We can only say we loved everything anout our stay there. 100% recommend it. Suksma!!!🙏🙏🙏♥️

The staff were very helpful and responsive , helping in any way they could and offering to drop me to my nearby conference . They were accommodating of any of my requests . Thankyou .! The rooms were v clean . I liked upstairs rooms better because there was a small fridge and I like height .. the downstairs rooms are still very good . Very peaceful location and excellent to visit pyramids of chi ..

The downstairs rooms were v mildly musty on bathroom due to dampness of climate . It was ok but I prefer dry environment and found upstairs bathroom to be completely fine . That is my only reservation about the property . Everything else was very good

Super clean, super relaxed hotel, nestled in a quiet and beautiful area. The staff here are absolutely wonderful people, they helped us, made us feel so welcome and cooked a lovely breakfast every morning. The hotel and pool area is very clean and well maintained, and we would absolutely stay here again. Only 15 minutes to Ubud centre.

The only downside to the property is that the walls and windows are pretty thin, so you can hear the room next door and outside around the pool, if people are being noisy.

It is very cosy and family owned which makes it perfect for everyone who wants to experience Balinese hospitality. The breakfast was very delicious, the staff is great and very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned every day and they were very fast with reactions ❤️

We booked a room with breakfast. They took a charges with bf . But at the time we arrived they refused and say... We don't serve breakfast.

This place is like a dream. Exactly what I imagined when dreaming of my stay in Bali- even better. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the bathroom with shower makes you feel like you are under a waterfall. The pool and garden area is exceptional, so intimate, romantic and relaxing. The staff are just the sweetest, they call you by name and ask what you did that day. They are more than eager to get you anything you request. They put little fresh flowers everywhere every day and you can see them picking them from the garden. They bring breakfast to you in the morning and leave it on the table outside your room. Just the cutest most dreamy and girly place I've ever stayed. Kettle inside the room. Honestly if I came back I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, I can't even put into words just how perfect this place is, I didn't want to leave. Also good location, jump on a scooter and it's a short scenic drive to centre. Also, there's a pool right next door ( they share a path) and this place has an infinity pool with some of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen, so you should definitely spend a day there, it's incredible.

Clean room and bathroom. Cleaned daily. Beautiful view pool and relaxing Bali decor. Staff could not do enough for you. Set up a decorated bed with flowers and cake for my partners birthday and sang along to celebrate with us. They made our stay really special. Do not hesitate to book!

Wayan and his sister make this place special. They take great care of the guests and are always available when you need something. You have various breakfast options + fruits, which is served to your terrace or balcony. We had a great time there, thanks to the passion and attitude of those two lovely people.

Wayan and his sister were so kind, friendly and helpful. Wayan took our kids for a ride on his scooter. We really appreciated being a bit out of the busy town centre and close to the rice fields walk. Great breakfasts.

The water from the shower sometimes didn't drain properly but it is probably fixed by now, so not a major issue.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. And it was in walking distance to a number of other hotels and cafes.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Wayan took the kids for ride on his scooter. The breakfast was great. We loved the neighborhood and we could walk through the rice fields to town. We enjoyed being a little bit away from the busy town centre.

Sitala Suite was one of our favorite stays in Bali! Wayan and his sister were excellent host and insured that our stay was comfortable. They provided local recommendations, attentive with pool towels, and had on site scooter rentals for exploring Ubud. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the daily service and fresh bottled waters.

Location is too far to walk to town area but it was easy via scooter or organizing Gojeks for pick ups.

Great little boutique hotel - I wanted to visit Pyramids Of Chi, i could walk there. The staff are lovely and i felt very safe there travelling alone. comfortable and good value i found😀
